My daughter came home in tears. Asked for layers and got all her hair cut straight off $30 for 5 minute cut off That I could do myself. Never going back there again. Now she has to look for a real stylist to fix a mess.

It's been a month and I still can't decide how I feel. The hair dresser (owner I think) straightened and dry cut my hair rather than wash it first. So it didn't have a very nice style at the end. She only charged me $30 at least. Still haven't decided if I would return. If I do I won't go to her.

My hair stylist of probably 15 years moved away. Went on line and viewed comments given on several hair salons in Spruce Grove and Central Hair looked promising. I went and got a cut last month by Melany which worked out great so I decided to get streaks and colour today - I am very happy! I was shocked at how little it cost too!! My husband saw Shawn for a cut and he is very happy as well. Highly recommend Central Hair!!

Most of cuts I have got here have been good to great, but I refuse to let the older guy cut my hair. When I did, he used a disgustingly dirty towel (most places wash them off occasionally), spent half the time hitting on a coworker and gave a mediocre cut. If you do a walk-in, there is a good chance you get him.

I went to this salon on a recommendation of a friend. Kayleen did my hair, great color and so-so cut. Made another appt and the day of she asked to switch it to another day which I did. Booked to go today and guess what, she is running behind and needs to postpone an hour or so. Not impressed, too busy to have to do this every time you book.

Spruce Grove Denture and Implant Clinic

Went in for a total hair overhaul. Needed a cut and wanted a colour transformation. The salon is clean, staff are friendly, and overall atmosphere is great!! To say I am thrilled with my colour transformation and cut would be an understatement!! It is better than I could have imagined and the feedback I’ve received from friends and family has all been very positive. This box dye girl is converted :)

I have been growing out my hair for over 6 months, using very little heat, using hair masks, havent dyed it, got trims ect. I messaged the Facebook page and sent a photo of my hair now and said this is what I have and this is what I was hoping for, can I make an appointment. I was booked an appointment with Kayleen Woodger for the following week. Day of my appointment I said how excited I was because of all the good Facebook reviews. She asked if I had my hair professionally colored or box dye. I told her it was salon once and Sallys the rest of the time. Showed her a reference picture of what I wanted but said if you can't lighten it that much I'm ok with light brown. She said "Oh for sure I know exactly what you want, balyage is my favorite thing to do. If we can't do the first picture the second is deffinatley doable." So she cuts my hair and starts bleaching, she was really nice, we talked a bit. They closed at 3 but I was there until 6. She finished my hair, I paid and tipped her for staying so late and went home. It looked ok curled until I got home and my mom noticed a lot red in with blonde, brown, and some black still. I pulled the pieces straight and there was a band of red going through my hair. I messaged the Facebook page and asked if that could be fixed. She said absolutely that needs to be fixed. So I made another appointment to get it fixed. In the 2 days before I went back I noticed the cut was also funny with longer pieces than others near the back and sides. Next appointment day is here I go in and let her know I hate it, theres so many shades going on, I asked her to fix the cut and thin it out, and to get rid of some of the blonde near the front because it was too thick. She said yes and started bleaching again. I sat for 1 hour under heat before she even checked me. The manager peaked under the foil 1 time about 20 minutes into the bleach process. While I sat directly behind her watching her do someone else's hair. At the sink I touched my hair and pieces just broke off in my fingers. She said it's going to be darker than I wanted to hide all the different shades, I said that's fine my natural hair is pretty dark I just wanted it all in the same color family. Well apparently that meant no balyage, my hair now looks the same as when I first went in, no highlights, shadowroot, lowlights ect. My hair felt like straw before she put 6 different products in it. And for freshly bleached hair (2 times within 4 days) she pulled on it wet with a brush, and used a metal bristle round brush to blow dry it. I am extremely unimpressed, back to were I started except more damaged and out of money. I'm confident in doing my own hair solid colors as I have many times. I went to a salon to get something im not confident in doing myself. If I had known this was the end result, I would have done it myself and saved my money.

All the girls are so socialable and make you feel so comfortable being there! Ive gone to melanie twice (1st time she corrected ???? a hairstyle from a different hairdresser @ a different location) and she's become my go-to girl. I hear sooo many good things about the rest of the stylists too! ????

My daughter got her hair colored & there was hair dye literally all across the back of her neck & forehead....how do you let someone walk out of a salon looking like that after spending $130.00. Called and person who answered the phone was rude and didn't really seem to care. Was our first experience with your salon & will be the last.

Made an appointment yesterday at 3:59 for today at 2:30 arrived early to be told my appt. was at 2:30 yesterday. Not sure how my appt was 1.5 hrs before I even called to make one. I called no sorry our apologies nothing other then you can make an appt for the end of next week. No other options were given other then wait a week. You booked me for an appointment on Thursday at 230 when I called at 4pm. I called after the appointment time..lmao but nice try.
