UPDATE After 2 years I am still going to Emma and would give her 10 stars if I could! She is so awesome. I trust her opinion and she often helps me decide what hairstyle suits me best and always does such a great job. She takes care to do a perfect job and never rushes. Great head and neck massage too!! super bonus! Love Emma! Im super picky about my hairdressers and over the years i have been jumping from hairdresser to hairdresser to try and find someone that works for me. Went to see Emma about a month ago and she really listened to me and also made suggestions that really worked for me. I dont get my haircut very often but I will for sure be going back to see Emma the next time I need my hair done!

I absolutely love this salon. I had Emma Ho cut my hair and it looks soo good. Originally I went in with three months of damaged fried end from multiple bleaching and colouring she didn't give any judgment. Perfect cut and color. Emma is the girl ! I live in California and travel extensively in Canada, and often my hair gets out of shape and I have to scramble to find a salon, which means different people cut my hair. I can’t tell you how many times people have messed my hair up, and it is a simple cut. And I even have the color formula at a photo of the cut !! Emma looked at the photo, looked at the hair color formula and nailed it perfectly. That was a couple months ago. Yesterday, I was desperate, and she got me in the same day, and I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the cut and the color. It couldn’t be any better. So now, she is two for two.. She didn’t even need to look at the photo again, she remembered how to cut my hair And she didn’t take too much off. You know how sometimes you tell haircutters what to do and they cut it shorter? Not here And finally, Emma is just a sweetie pie. Very upbeat and happy nature, and pleasant to be around

Went to this salon for the first time today and booked in to see Keya. She is very talented and honest. I have naturally curly hair and haven't had it trimmed in many months. She didn't judge, and also offered a lot of helpful tips regarding hair care. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit, and left feeling very happy with my hair trim. The salon is in a slightly dodgy part of town but has plenty of free parking right outside the door. Its a clean standard salon with no additional frills that fancy places come with..I went to Emma and even though she didnt have finesse when it came to washing the hair, her haircut was impeccable! i could talk to her&explain what i wanted&she suggested different styles that would bring life to my flat hair-she was friendly and approachable. i walked out with one of t best haircuts i've had in a long time. a day later & im still on a haircut-high and Im pretty sure you guys out there know how rare that is! with a little more attention to detail, this could be one of t best salons in town!

In 38 years I've had 2 haircuts I liked and they were both flukes. I'd given up and decided just to grow it out, but then I got sick of my crappy limp locks so I did some googling and found great reviews about Be2Be. I was able to get an appointment with Emma the next day (today) and I just got the best haircut of my life. Emma is the first stylist I've ever been to that actually took the time to figure out my hair. All of the issues I've had all my life- she noticed and addressed all of them. Everyone else has treated me like a generic head, as though all hair types are the same. On top of all of this, her cut was $32 less than the place I've been going to for the past 4 years. I booked an appointment weeks in advance with Chelsey. I received a text message at 7 in the morning from her the day of the appointment saying ”Hey Ashley it's Chelsey I'm sorry my wrists have been killing me due to working and weather I'm so sorry I need to cancel your appointment today I'm so sorry". I had her booked as I have a maternity shoot to go to and now I am left scrambling to find another good hair stylist in Calgary on short notice. Don't rely on them if you have an event or something important to go to since they can just say their wrists hurt and cancel your appointment. Oh and the best part was my name is NOT Ashley.
