Ive been working with Jenn for about 2 years at her studio. I have taken a couple classes on strength and my favourite is restorative. She is not your average yoga instructor. She takes her time to make sure your happy and comfortable throughout her classes , her knowledge on proper alignment is extensive and I have learned so much! Also her studio is beautiful, calm and relaxing.

I spent 6 weeks working with Jenn to help with managing my pain associated with fibromyalgia. Jenn helped me to listen to my own body and work with it instead of against it. The techniques she taught me have given me some control over my pain and I continue to keep working at it.

I've always had problems with my feet - random aches and pains, soreness in the ankles, misaligned toes, flat arches, gout attacks - you name it! Jenn's workshop really helped me think intentionally about how to effectively strengthen and care for my feet, and how to complete simple regular exercises and practices to prevent pain and injury. Since my first foot workshop with Jenn I've had far fewer challenges with my feet, and am feeling better than ever. I'll be joining her next foot workshop for sure!
