I have been going to Selena for the last few months since my Chiropractor retired. The Facial Stretch Therapy is excellent. Not only do my muscles feel great but my joints as well. I have minor arthritis in my neck, lower back and hips. It feels even better than chiropractic care, which I have been doing faithfully for more than 30 years. With Chiropractor visits, you are typically in and out within 10 minutes. Whereas with Selena, the session was 90 minutes of Fascial Stretch therapy. Working the muscles from my feet, all the way to my head and neck. These sessions have made an astounding difference for me. I am more flexible, I have less joint pain and I can move with much more ease, and in ways that had been difficult for me before. I will be making regular appointments with Selena instead of a Chiropractor and a massage therapist. Well worth the drive from Kitchener. I highly recommend giving Selena's Fascial Stretch Therapy a try.

My sister and I have been working with Selena throughout the pandemic and she’s been absolutely amazing! She’s knowledgeable, organized, and dedicated to her clients and that’s the best reason to train with her - because she cares. She has helped us understand how to work out properly by using the right techniques by ensuring we are activating our small muscle groups before starting our heavy-duty workouts. There is a method to her madness, and I appreciate that as other trainers I’ve used don’t understand how important it is to start slow and work your way up. My sister and I are fortunate enough to be trained by Selena on a weekly basis. Let me start by saying that I’ve had three shoulder surgeries within the past 10 years so I can’t work with just anyone. Lucky for me, she is exceptionally knowledgeable with training people with injuries and I have never felt vulnerable or pressured to do a movement that may affect my recovery process. When training in pairs, she is cognizant of individual needs and provides plenty of options for those that have difficulty with certain movements. Selena also provides FST (facial stretch therapy) which does wonders for your movement while training and/or day to day life. If you haven’t heard or tried this type of therapy, I strongly recommend it!! My training has improved immensely and I look forward to growing stronger with Selena’s help.

My wife and I have been going for couples’ sessions with Selena for 4 months now and she has been amazing! We both suffer from different injures, and we had been looking for a trainer that could help us recover as well get us back into shape. Selena has helped us train together even though we have different injuries and weaknesses. We have both have come so far in such a short amount of time and have been really impressed with her approach to training. She prioritizes proper form and strengthening your weak mussels, so as your training gets more intense, you don’t injure yourself. She has been excellent in adjusting each or our workouts as we have become stronger and more able. We always feel we have had good session without being pushed to exhaustion. Salena’s contently uses our feedback from session to session to improve the experience for us and she is a wealth of knowledge when it come to how to deal with injuries. Lastly, she is trained in Facial Stretch Therapy, which has helped my injury greatly. I would highly recommend Selena as a personal trainer for individuals or couples’ weather you are looking to get stronger, recover from an injury or want to lose weight.

I highly recommend Selena and her Fascial Stretch Therapy. Although Selena originally worked with high performance athletes she has found that stretching is important even for those who are not athletes but are still using their bodies everyday at work. I am a very physical person. As the owner and operator of a paving company I am using and moving heavy machinery and product all day. I have always been an individual who is concerned with my physical health and fitness. All things considered my body takes a beating eveyday and I aim to prevent myself from injury as much as possible. I roll out my back and legs on a foam roller as often as I can, which has helped me a great deal. However, my first FST session with Selena blew my mind. Nothing compares to this form of therapy! I layed down on that therapy table and it actually felt as though my body was being uncoiled and lengthened, specifically during the movements for Hips and Lower back. It was completely involuntary, but I instantly said “Ooo, Ahh...wow” out loud several times during that first session, because I felt loosening from my hips all the way around the front to my lower abdomen. Selena said they were the “spiral lines of the deep muscle fascia”. Whatever that means! All I know is I am 8 sessions deep now, and I wish I had known about Fascial Stretch Therapy years ago. The muscle stiffness and tightness I have been just dealing with for years has literally been melted away with FST! Thank you Selena and thank you Steve (my personal trainer) for referring me to her! If you haven’t heard of FST or you have, but haven’t started Fascial Stretch Therapy yet. Don’t waste anymore time just ignoring and working through the stiffness. Book now, it will change your life!

From my 81 year old mother who asked for help. Selena thankyou! At 10 a.m. today I was out walking the dog, and thinking about our sessions together and how much I miss them. (I do my best thinking when I am outside in the fresh air). Actually my hip has recovered well. My Family Dr. called 2 weeks ago and was very impressed. So thank you for your help and direction!!! I am pole walking every day for at least 30 minutes, and try to do some strengthening exercises every day. It isn’t as much fun without you:).
