Scott has been my trainer for 3 months now and has been helping me feel more comfortable in a gym with proper form which has helped me achieve personal gains so much faster then I would have been able to do on my own. Scott has taught me so much that will help me propel myself to go even further. You can tell he truly cares about his clients, not only helping you with what you set out for but with other areas such as nutrition and things I can work on at home as well. I am a somewhat active man in my 60's. I met Scott a few months ago and have been working with him regularly, mostly to improve my overall health and flexibility. I have several old injuries, rheumatoid arthritis, and some other chronic conditions. Scott does a great job of challenging me in a workout while still respecting my limitations. Recently, we began training via zoom. I have built a significant amount of muscle, reduced my body fat percentage, and lost around 15 lbs. so far. I would highly recommend Scott.

I have my first fascial stretching therapy session last night and, being 21 weeks pregnant was hoping for some relief from feeling stiff and sore. I also sit at a desk all day so really needed this treatment.I was not disappointed. I immediately felt relief and also felt relaxed at the same time. I slept well and woke up the next day still feeling great. I highly recommend Scott and this therapy! I for sure will be booking more sessions.

My name is Monica and I'm a 44-year old researcher and filmmaker. Since I was a kid I've been in many different accidents and suffered multiple head injuries. I first contacted Scott in April of 2019 for assistance with pain management. Within 20 minutes, he pointed out that I had symptoms of undiagnosed concussions. This news came as a shock to me since I’ve spent the past 25 years and thousands of dollars on chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncture, cupping, reflexology, custom-build mattresses, electro-magnetic mats, and various other pricey treatments. I’ve undergone X-Rays, MRI’s, and other tests, yet neither my family doctor nor other personal trainers could identify the root problem of my pain. As it turns out, my fascia had adhered to the bones in my neck and shoulders, causing dizziness and intense pain — especially when exercising. I also suffer from Upper Cross Syndrome and Lower Cross Syndrome due to spending so much time hunched over my laptop. My leg and glute muscles were de-activated, meaning no matter how much I exercised I could not make any progress. After my first assessment with Scott, he prescribed several nutritional supplements to help maintain healthy fascia. During stretching sessions, he was able to rip the fascia adhesions off my neck and shoulders, which instantly relieved my pain. He also taught me how to re-activate my leg muscles, how to perform daily stretches to maintain neck and shoulder mobility, and which rehabilitation products to invest in for daily use at home. I would highly recommend working with Scott if you suffer from injuries that cause pain. The only thing you will regret is that you didn’t try it sooner!

Im 11. I have been working with Scott for 4 months now. He is an amazing instructor, he has helped me by getting a lot stronger and using proper techniques. If you do something wrong he will tell you how to do it differently. He has an amazing space, from bars to weights, bands, benches, squat rack. He is an amazing instructor. Hey! My name is Victoria and I'm a 24 year old female in network marketing. I've been working with Scott doing fascial stretching to work on my mobility and relieve hip/ hamstring pain ( that to my surprise turned out to be due to tight hamstrings calves and feet) he is incredibly knowledgeable and managed to relieve my pain in just a few sessions! I am in my 60's and decided I needed to get motivated to start exercising again. I went to Scott and have been working with him for 3 months now. I find Scott is very professional and easy to talk to. He knows his stuff and is very patient and dedicated to helping one with their personal goals and any fitness restrictions. I wanted to build some strength, have more flexibility and increase my muscle tone. I was concerned about osteoporosis. My experience with Scott enabled me to keep moving my body in different ways, in a safe way, it wasn't always how much can you lift. If I ran into any restrictions then he had the answer with some exercises for increasing mobility issues and relieving any discomfort while doing a particular exercise. I also did the facial stretch and found that to be very helpful in my movements. Every Body is different and I think you'll find Scott able to work with any issue you may have or with any age group and your current abilities and or restrictions. My experience with Scott has been very rewarding, I feel more energized, fit and more flexible. I feel am better equipped to keep aging at bay with the techniques I have learned.

I highly recommend Scott. I had originally signed up for 3 months and have just signed up for 3 more as I enjoy where my journey is going. I started with him because I needed a change in my regular workout routine and wanted to make sure that I was doing the proper technique for the exercises. I have increased my strength over the past few months and can't wait to see where the next few months take me. Scott is also very aware and able to change up my routine depending on how my body is feeling. He has provided FST too when it was necessary. I started seeing Scott for fascial stretching due to some regular body aches incurred from my job as a custodian. He would offer simple exercises I could do at home to help avoid these aches. I decided to start training with Scott to strengthen my body in hopes to be rid of these pains once and for all. I've been having a blast working with Scott! He knows when to push me and when to modify the routine. I work in a manufacturing plant and despite being fairly active for my job I was looking for help to tone certain areas, improve my nutrition, and feel healthier overall for my big day. Scott has exceeded my expectations and I am looking forward to feeling like a happy and confident bride. He's very flexible with scheduling and accommodates my shift changes every few weeks. He's always teaching me different exercises and expanding our routines in his gym, along with exercises to do at home. He is able to correct my form and give me pointers in a professional way. He always encourages me and has been helping me to gain confidence inside and outside the gym. During a mountain bike accident I separated my shoulder, after the initial healing process I required some exercises and programming in order to regain full range of motion with my shoulder. Scott was monumental in this process. after initial consult and sticking to the exercises it was a very quick recovery. doctors had first said 4-6 weeks but with a few sessions with Scott I was back on the bike at the end of the third week! cannot thank him enough.
