Spacious with good parking. Convenient, close to Foodland. Most Power Racks of any Goodlife around. Friendly staff. Good cardio selection. Would recommend more Hammer Strength Iso and MTS only suggestion. Good PT, multi-use and stretch areas. Clean. Top-notch.

I enjoyed this gym. Lots of new equipment and very quiet on the morning that I was there. Maybe 15 people which was awesome. Well worth the membership. The stretching area wasn't the best but other than that the gym was well laid out. I know it's a bit silly, but the entrance and exit is really stupid. Or I'm stupid because I couldn't figure out how to get in and out of the main Gates of this gym. Strange so watch out! Towel service. Classes. Clean. Would recommend.

This is a new building and nice, shiny new equipment. Unfortunately, their incessant membership drives mean that it's difficult to get at most of the shiny new equipment. I frequently leave the building without having completed my workout. Thank goodness, I work in kitchener and am able to find less busy locations after work.

This location is fairly new and hopefully once the novelty wears off they don't fall off like so many other locations. This club location is always clean the equipment is up to date and not regularly out of service and the staff is reasonably helpful welcoming without being overbearing. Great atmosphere w friendly staff. A big attraction for me is the steam room, however my heart breaks often as it seems to be shut down for maintenance a lot... The women’s gym and hot yoga are a nice attraction as well!

This place is nothing but an absolute money grab! There are so many hidden fees and charges, that it’s ridiculous. Try quitting and there’s a bunch of other fees. Every staff member gives you different information on their policies and no one knows what they’re actually doing. An absolute farce, read the fine print!!!

I have one of the Goodlife memberships that I can use any Club in Ontario. I do sales so I travel a lot and have probably been in eight different clubs. The Woodstock Club has the best atmosphere out of all the clubs I've been in!

They shut off the showers at 11pm. Its not a 24 hour club when cant use everything that a member is paying for. Maybe should have a reduced monthly fee for members that come in when not all amenities are available for use. Wonder, soon they will be shutting the toilets and tap water too!

The facility is well equipped but customer service is sorely lacking. I prefer to use the women’s fitness room which is a nice addition over the old facility. However, I have notified the front desk 3 times over as many weeks about one of the TVs not working properly and today it was still without sound. Earlier in the week I spoke with the Manager and told her about the problem and also suggested that the variety of channels could be better in the women’s area. Of the 6 TVs (the 7th is GoodLife blurbs), 3 are always tuned to sports stations, 1 is a movie only station ( who is in there Long enough to watch a whole movie), 1 is a talk show (Good Morning America, etc.)— no complaint about that) - and the tv with no sound is the one I prefer to watch which is HGTV. I suggested changing 1or 2 channels to a news or talk show. Not sure what the problem is with the sound on the one tv but certainly it shouldn’t be a big deal to change up a couple of the channels.

This location is well maintained and clean. Lots of space and machines, even when busy you rarely wait for equipement. Only issue is the steam room is normally down for maintenance.

Really disappointed. After years at this gym my immunocompromised husband had continued delaying his membership while off as he was advised not go to public spaces. He couldn't postpone anymore and ended up cancelling his membership as he didn't feel safe to return yet. Next month the requirement for only vaccinated people allowed in the gym happens. But he now has to pay for a sign up fee and pay a more expensive membership price, just poor communication on membership options and regulations. Great way to treat healthcare workers. So much for thanking healthcare workers. Thank you for your reply. After looking into it further yes that is an option that you provide which is great. But no it was not throughally explained to him as an option which is why he thought he had to cancel - which may have been conveniently forgotten because he had locked into a lower rate from years ago and this was the way to force him into a more expensive contract when he rejoined later. I'm just disappointed it wasn't explained to him and now to rejoin he will have to pay the 99 sign up fee plus double the rate he had before. Unfortunately you are the only gym with accessible hours so there really aren't alot of options - and to keep physically active to be able to lift people as a psw is part of his job. You do have good facilities and staff, but others do deserve to know that you are inconsistent in your communications and that it's cost our family more money from your lack of proper communication.

I really love hot yoga but the hot yoga room is loud. Often when I'm in there I can hear the cars outside honking, the ladies in their gym moving weights around and the ceiling heat sounds like it's going to fall out of the ceiling. It's really hard to truly relax and meditate with all the background noise. I wish Goodlife would have sound proofed the yoga room. Not to mention I can only go certain days due to my schedule and those days Goodlife is closed because there's been a big rain the night before. I thought this was a brand new building? And the staff isn't very nice or accommodating about the huge inconvenience this causes people.

aestheticly pleasing but overall not that great. Key machines are not available. Some PT's look more out of shape then the clients. Considering it's one of the worst cities in Ontario it's surprisingly nice. Nice to pop in to but if I lived in Woodstock I'd probably look for another gym

Not impressed that I pay the same rate as the regular hours because I benefit from a 24 hour gym with amenities. Reality is I don't need a gym during the day. They shut off the most basic amenity like the showers. I could understand the sauna and steam room but shower is basic like the toilet and sink. Glad they left towels out for their premium members though. Forget the nightcrawlers. They aren't really members. Facility is amazing since the opening, however they might as well close over night. Open 24 hours is falsely advertised because what you paying for isn't available.

i don't understand why so many 830am classes??? even on a sunday...i know they have 930, but it seems all the ones i like are at 830am. in the cambridge kitchener area most week days classes are at 930 and 1030 etc. especially on a sunday morning. i need time to drop my kid off at school and sunday I am sure many people wouldn't mind another hour of sleep. its new and clean and nice , id be willing to change to a 5 star if they adjusted some of the class times, obviously this must work for whoever designed the schedule when they first opened. perhaps the manager can change this. I see you are not even open to changing this, despite what the members want. I am quite sure there are instructors available other then 830am,

Really nice inside, Great place to workout. However the cleaning times are very unsuitable.. Cleaning times from 9pm-9:30pm. This makes the change room unusable which affects many people. Also the chemicals used for cleaning affect the Steamroom very strong scent.. If the cleaning times would change to a later time would make alot more sense and I would make this a 5* review. Update : Steam room always broken

It's ridiculous how we pay a premium price for a premium gym but the wifi is useless, cant even stream music and it's been like this for over a year.
