I’m a member (family) for almost a year now.
I have this experienced to share.
I’m doing this review to change their Customer Satisfaction & ATTITUDE!
1.They offer an 1 hour session of something, I was scheduled, came on time & I checked in to the reception, o you are scheduled but the person you will be meeting called in sick. I said - you should notify me ahead at least called me as well as courtesy.
2. I was doing work out ... this lady (staff) pushing cart to relocate her equipments somewhere instead of asking me nicely - excuse me - she appeared angry.
I asked - the reception who is that lady (by describing her feature) they told me she is the manager, staff added she is not feeling well today and sick .Oh, I said she should be home & friendly then & her attitude is not acceptable.
3. Today, I called x2 to check or ask who will be guiding the yoga, & staff “L” told me he can’t tell me because of the confidentiality (kinda laugh). I asked bec. There’s a specific instructor I can’t follow because of the intensity and complexity (pose/move/flow) of her class. I just don’t get the rationale of confidentiality abt. it, & I think as a member I have the right to know as well who will be guiding me for the class. I know Confidentiality is Huge & I get it /Respect it) Next time- I must check their policy & yet some club their posting thru their web who will be the instructor.
4. Lastly, there are some staff that is really Good & Friendly (Keep it up) - Thank you !
