Visited my cousin who took me to the fitness sessions with Shawn. Very professional, great equipments and had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend this fitness studio! The weekly challenges were so much fun :)
I’ve been training at Brady’s for over a year now and absolutely love it. Great atmosphere! Everyone who works there is always so welcoming and nice. Whitney St. Pierre is my trainer and one of the best ever, she works so hard to help you achieve your goals. Couldn’t ask for a better gym.
Shawn is highly invested in making sure all his clients reach their personal fitness goals. His knowledge and enthusiasm is unmatched. I have absolutely benefited by being a client of his.
I have been at Brady’s off and on for the last year! What a great Gym to be a part of! Simple as that! The owner Mr. Brady is always welcoming and very up beat and there to lend a helping hand if needed! Nothing but positivity in this facility from all the elite trainers it employs! I have had the please working with Clarke Wiebe! He has helped me lose 30+ pounds and I have kept it off. He is very knowledgeable and can help people who may have had sever injuries in the past as I had! He tailors workouts that will focus on exactly what you need! I would recommend Clark to anyone looking for help in the fitness department! As for Brady’s.... they are taking over!
All the trainers and owner here are great! It's a nice and welcoming facility that you will not be intimidated by. Everyone there respects everyone else's desire to improve themselves to live a healthy lifestyle. No judgments are made regardless of physique, age, ethnicity, creed and gender. I had the good fortune of working with Clark Wiebe. Whether you are a beginner trying to learn or more advanced and even young or older, Clark can help you and is very knowledgeable. He is very smart and explains concepts in a way that's easy to understand, especially when trying to master the right form and technique. If you cannot master the right technique right away, he will not give up on you until the right technique is mastered. Clark is also very organized and very accommodating when scheduling appointments. He also has expertise on nutrition which is half the battle when trying to improve your fitness. Besides being a good trainer, Clark is a good person who is friendly and easy to talk to!
The amount of knowledge these trainers have... is insane. This is THE personal training gym to go to.
I’ve been attending Brady’s Fitness since October and I am so thrilled with my results! Clark is my trainer and I highly recommend him! He is phenomenal at personalizing workouts that cater to not only your physical goals but also any existing injury issues you may have. Clark is also very innovative with his workouts so it’s always something new and exciting! He is extremely reliable and brings such energy and fun to every session!
I am one of the trainers here and I got to say, it's the best place to work. The gym is state-of-the-art and has equipment only found at Brady's. Shawn, the owner, takes such pride in the facility and can be found cleaning at 5am or 10pm. The trainers here are some of the best in the area, and I feel honoured every day being surrounded by such high talent. The trainers and the hundreds of clients are like a family. We work hard, have fun, and are there for one another. We'd love to have you come and check us out!
After a bad experience with personal training, I never thought I'd give it another go. To be honest, Brady's may seem intimidating for people like me, someone who never considered herself remotely athletic, but I can't believe how comfortable I am there, from day one. I started with a 6 week jump start and 4 months in I am officially obsessed. Friendly, clean, supportive and most of all a gym with trainers that produce results.
After training with Clark for a little over a month now, I have noticed a major difference in my physical and emotional health. Not only does he design workouts specifically tailored for your body but he is also a book full of knowledge. During our workouts, he takes the time to implement the scientific research behind each muscle group we choose to focus on. Overall, genuine customer service and positive astmosphere at Brady’s fitness.
I suffered an injury about 3 years ago, and have been struggling to find out what the actual issue was. I lost 25 pounds of pure muscle and the ability to activate my muscles properly. The gym was my life, I loved it. I was at the end of my rope, and having been extremely knowledgeable myself in fitness and the anatomy, I knew I needed someone equally, if not more knowledgable than me to help me. I asked around many times, met with some people to try and help me. .. I knew right away it was going to be a waste of time and money.. Then I found Bradys fitness, Clark was SO patient, and he understood what I was going through. He made me feel comfortable and he pointed out something that NUMEROUS doctors didn't see. And after fixing my posture, it has alieviated so much pain for me. I saw results that I hadn't seen in over a year. I can tell you that Clark genuinely cares for his clients. If you want Results, go where the passion is. I needed someone who was as passionate and dedicated to health and fitness as I was, and Clark was that person. Thank you Clark
I've been working out at Brady's for a little over 2 years now. Other gyms and trainers have tried to woo me away, and while I've always listened to their pitches, I could never replace my trainer Whitney St.Pierre. Whitney's passion for her job is obvious with every session I book with her. She puts in so much extra work after training sessions are done and spends countless hours learning new tips and techniques to improve the overall well-being of her clients. I suffer from chronic insomnia and endometriosis, but have learned to manage both of these issues much better since training with Whitney. She is constantly suggesting new supplements and foods to avoid in any attempt to increase my health and I cannot say enough good things about her. She genuinely cares about her clients and uses various motivation techniques to ensure they all succeed.
This gym is fantastic!! All of the personal trainers are HIGHLY knowledgable and friendly. The equipment is new and clean. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Clark has trained me on many occasions and continues to work with me since I had a csection, he knew exactly how to help me transition back into working out, without causing me any pain or discomfort!! He puts his clients needs and wants first and designs a targeted plan for maximum results. I am speeding up my results 10x alone just from his step-by-step guidance and motivation. Brady's is the best in Windsor by far!!!

What I love most about the personal trainers at Brady’s Fitness is how they each specialize in different areas of health, fitness, and wellbeing. You are guaranteed to find what you’re looking for! Clark Wiebe, a personal trainer at Brady’s Fitness, does an outstanding job at listening to his clients and customizing every workout to his client’s needs. Every time I train with Clark he gives me his undivided attention and always ensures I am executing an exercise correctly and free of any possible injury. I started to work out for the first time in my life. Kayden is highly educated trainer and prepared workouts to help correct my walking from a hip birth defect. She had me balance on one leg on a half ball and I thought "you are kidding me". Well, she was right, I could do it and I LOVE IT! I still hate squats but I am much better at them now. Lol. Everyone there is friendly and it is clean. Friends have noticed a change in my glutes, body and the way I walk and get up from a chair. Don't hesitate if you are considering a trainer, Kayden and the professionals there will help you!
I've only been at Brady's fitness for about three weeks now and I must say my fitness & overall health has changed immensely. Going to a private gym and getting a trainer is something really out of my comfort zone but Brady's is a wonderful environment and very welcoming. Clark Wiebe is my trainer and I must say he is great, I highly recommend him. He does a great job at creating workouts that are different, challenging but doable. He is always encouraging, helping perfect my form and pushes me. I've lost inches in three weeks working out with Clark and I can't wait to see what I achieve in six months.

I have been training at Brady's since July 2018. I highly recommend this facility; it is clean, all the trainers are super friendly, and the equipment is top notch. My trainer Clark is extremely knowledgeable in the personalized workouts he creates for me as well any nutritional questions I may have, he pushes me each workout especially the days when I really need it and accommodates my crazy shift work schedule. He is 100% committed to his clients 100% of the time.

He understands his client's needs, limitations, and gets incredible results with his proven methods of education, motivation, and innovative movements.
