Highly recommend. Nadea and Mikaela attention to detail, professionalism, kindness, positivity and extensive pilates knowledge makes being in their classes an absolute dream. I have never felt stronger in my practice and really enjoy the convenience of being able to do a class in my living room. Their customer service is speedy and wonderful. I strongly recommend Root + Reach Pilates. They have found their passion and you can tell with their excellent instruction.

Root + Reach’s virtual classes are so fantastic (I am sure the in-person classes are too, but I have only tried virtual)! Knowledgeable, attentive instructors, fun vibe, and options for all abilities.
