Love cycling with Mel and Amy! I started in beginner class and received great instruction on bike set up and proper form. It’s great how the instructors keep an eye on everyone to make sure people are doing ok. I did my first bootcamp with Mel today. She was awesome at demonstrating moves right from a beginner level to more advanced moves for our various exercise levels. I love the new habits I am developing! Thank you Habit Health and Wellness for your part in my journey!
