Do not buy yoga here or practice here period. Their yoga styles are outdated and discombobulated as they combine any form of yoga into one and sell that brand, like hot with flow. Owner discriminated against me and singled me out as a paying customer!

This Yoga Sudio is new, clean and fresh. Open 7 days a week, but the open hours are split up, depending on the class bookings and client schedules. The hours are posted on the main doors and range from 5:45 am to 9:00 pm. Thanks for the tour .....

Amazing Yoga studio. ALL their instructors have a great deal of experience, each bringing their own unique style. There are various classes available from hot to yin to power. I have taken over 400+ classes at this studio as well as various workshops and trainings, and highly recommend Westcoast Hot Yoga to beginners and yogis alike.
