Went down for the lower back pain yoga with Sean and I must say I am amazed! Great teacher, awesome atmosphere and my back feels so much better. I was thinking I needed massage and chiro after I had some tightness and a rib popping out. All I needed was some good stretching and poses from yoga. Can’t recommend this place enough, great people too!

This pandemic has taken so much away from all of us but your online classes have been so much more than a life saver, they are a spiritual lift; a bright spot in every day. So many of us look forward to the coming days when we will again be down on the floor at Live, shoulder to shoulder sharing good energy and space...but until those days return, what you provide is a true blessing for which I for one am enormously grateful. So, this is just to say thank you so much for doing what you do...and one day soon we’ll all look back at these days and marvel at our perseverance....and then move on.

Easily the best Yoga studio in White Rock! Been attending classes here for just over a year now and it has definitely become one of my 'happy places!' The majority of classes cater to all levels, ages, shapes and sizes. The shop is always stocked with lovely locally made jewellery, lotions, soaps etc. as well as yoga accessories, mats, bolsters, books etc. Super friendly fellow Yogi's and the instructors are lovely, well prepared, fun, down to earth and professional. It's easy to see why they've won "Best Yoga Studio" the last couple of years! They've created a genuinely lovely relaxing place to practice and feel like you're part of a community. ❤ Lisa.

I am really enjoying the LiveStream and the excellent instructors at the studio. The camera and mic are working quite flawlessly and somehow the instructors are starting to create a Livestream community. So, very gradually I am finding that my stiffness is easing and I am getting stronger.

We drove for an hour to the studio/shop to pick up yoga chairs, blankets and a bolster (ordered online). So worth the trip! All fabulous in quality, but the service by Sean was what stood out for me. He was so friendly and helpful and actually arranged for extra blankets to be sent directly to our home. Right from the beginning of our interaction with Live Yoga he communicated promptly and with care. And make sure you listen to Sean’s suggestion for a great lunch spot - Grounds and Greens! I wish we lived closer so we could take an in-person class with him. Highly recommended!

Excellent group of teachers at this comfortable, easy-going studio. Everyone is very welcoming here. Even when a class fills up, they always find a way to fit one more matt! Doesn’t feel like a “scene”. Mostly because the classes are adaptable to all levels so always a nice mix of people. I took a variety of classes while visiting my Mom in Whiterock, and found that all of the teachers reinforce strong foundation in the poses while guiding you through an experience. You feel different by the end of class. Like you’ve moved through something. My hips never felt better after Katarina’s Yin class! Very popular!
