Kingdom Athletics is a great facility and I come here for my daily morning workouts before work. The programs that the trainers put together really keep me on my toes and I've been noticing results. Small class sizes and high quality equipment. Worth every penny!

Honestly if people don't come and the group class is like 4 people then you might have cheaper private lessons.... Although it's pretty good

Kingdom Athletics is a new business at this location. This place always seems to be busy, every time we walked past. Today, the room was full of workout equipment and equipment for exercise workout. Things I don't know are, if there are personal trainers or the what the costs are. The music was on and lots of movement inside. If I was looking, this might be it.
