Love this operation. Facility is clean, well-maintained and equipped, and with lot's of open space. Employees are great! Friendly, knowledgeable, and just feels like one big family in there. Happy to be part of it!

I highly recommend you have a session with Carson, he's the guy to see for any questions on mobility or form. If you really want to build a strong foundation for your deadlift, squat, or bench, or any other major lifts I can't recommend Carson enough. @Carsonmoore_pt on Instagram.

The gym has a great environment. I have done their circuit training class that John lead. It was fantastic. He is a great trainer with the right balance of guidance and encouragement. I recommend checking it out.

I am so happy that they opened a South Surrey location! I had been going downtown and was sad when we moved out to the valley.. but then I found out they were opening a second location! Workouts are great! Equipment is excellent and the trainers are very good. Looking forward to my next workout!
