I have been a member for 8 months in 2017.
At the very beginning I liked it very much.
There are way cheaper gyms in the area but the idea of having a good place where to train, with happy trainers and some good tools, keeping it kinda "family welcoming" is unique, a great added value.
Unfortunately it did not last for so long.
Trainers and schedules where changing too often and without notice, there have been a disruptive turnover.
Many personal trainers started working at the gym, so the space was reduced especially during the peak hours (after 5 pm to 7 pm)
At a certain point, an area likely 20% or more of the total room has been reserved to CrossFit and guess what?I had to pay (extra) if I wanted to join the courses ! Of course the members of the gym did not receive any discount or "whatever" as a good sign from the management.
After having expressed my disappointment via e-mail, when I went to the gym to discuss it face to face (Black Friday 2017 lunch time) , the manager, who was training alone 20 meters in front of my eyes, sent a guy to the desk to tell me she had canceled the membership...later on she wrote that it was her lunch-break, not understanding how insulting and disrespectful this behavior resounded to me.
Beside the episodes, I want to underline that the promise of a nice and comfortable environment has been constantly rent out or made available to different parties which took over the room I had for training.
