Lately every time I go the shelves are bare and not much selection of anything in the food isles and the produce is just terrible. Usually long waits in any cash out isle - even the "express" isles as there is 1 or maybe 2 cashiers open. The staff seem quite miserable to be there too.

You never seem to find an associate in the department you are shopping in whenever you have questions. They also removed some of the price scanners, which is real pain because product displays and shelves get messed up.

Though things are better organized, this store continues to have bad customer service. Now that we aren't bagging our own groceries we can finally start coming more often. Milton is one of Canada's more affluent communities, this Walmart really should make an effort to be cleaner and more aesthetically pleasing. Maybe it's travelling in the USA that spoils me, but those stores are amazingly laid out, with parking lots with trees, and friendly attentive employees, and income levels there are much lower. Just makes the shopping experience better.

Very rude customer service - cashier made a rude comment about my daughter and refused to honour a price match stating it wasn't the same product. I proved to her that it was the exact same product and she still refused to honour the price match. Extremely frustrating.

Although the variety of products is abundant, this Walmart store seems to have a hard time keeping its shelves stocked. When doing regular grocery shopping at this location I often find myself only able to get 80% of the items on my list, and understand that my list rarely contains specialty items or products that are niche. Sometimes they lack things ranging from Toilet Paper to Pork Chops. The produce is some of the worst I've seen of any grocery store. Bruised, moldy, wilted, pitiful, all of these are words that can be applied to most of the fresh produce stock available. The staff aren't much better to be honest. While many of them are polite and offer to help with a smile, it is rare. With arrogant customer service associates being the norm and nearly non existent managers around to actually Manage the store and it's moderately unprofessional staff. The store itself seems in good shape but this is marred by the obvious lack of cleaning standards. Sticky floors and dusty shelves, broken boxes and wood leftover from pallets make what could be a successful store rather unappealing.

Walk in Clinic at Walmart. I only gave one star, because a rating of zero stars is not possible. Phoned ahead today to make sure they were open. Receptionist said "Yes we are." I had a terrible time walking over there in the ice storm. Fell twice, ( hurt my arm), and got splashed by ignorant motorists. Once I arrived, I was told that the "Doctor" wasn't in, and could only consult over the computer. The " receptionist", said that the "Doctor" couldn't diagnose pneumonia over the computer, and it would be a waste of time. When I pointed out that I had called ahead to make sure that they were open and was told "yes", she shrugged her shoulders and gave me a look, as if I had done something wrong. Totally unapologetic. Don't waste your time on this unprofessional and unpleasant clip joint.

If you need to visit the washroom I recommend grabbing a couple cloves of garlic and inserting them in each nostril, the smell of pee is eye watering and throat tingling, I've been to the slums of Bangkok and had similar experience while using the washroom at this Walmart, my eyes should water cutting onions, not using the lavatory at Walmart.

Horrible experience calling about a missing wallet. Spoke to someone who was extremely unhelpful considering the stressful situaion. Could not let me know if a wallet was turned in within the last hour and had a rude tone our entire conversation. The first contact point for Wal-Mart should not be speaking to people in this manner and provide a better quality helpful customer service .

Walmart says they are lower priced, however they are not. Same items I have found in other larger retailer are double the price in Walmart. Walmart bullies it suppliers into giving them huge discounts, and the prices are not carried over to the consumer.

It's a typical Walmart supercenter, but it's definitely gone down hill quite a bit since it first opened. Bit disorganized and not exactly kept clean. Always ludicrously busy with not enough people on cash. Going here for anything makes me miss Zellers.

Online order and pick service review. I was never a big fan of WalMart in the past but during the pandemic I have tried the online order and pickup. Easy, accurate and fast. Being able to add to a scheduled order during the week is very handy. Their substitutions are always reasonable. If they do not think they have a substitution they will remove the item from the order and let you know ahead of time. Each pickup was less than a 10 minute wait and the staff that brought the groceries out were friendly. The pickup process is more organized than some other places.

Very average Walmart, don't get me wrong, the staff is doing the best they can with what they've been given, awesome group of people running the place. The store it's self however, needs upgrades, an aging facility, little to no produce, hardly any groceries at all really (compared to other Walmart's I've seen) not what I'd call a "super center" but it does have a wide variety of awesome stuff, sometimes I go into Walmart and i'm very surprised what I find. Lowest prices in town as well! The pharmacy is also staffed with some very friendly faces, and in terms of COVID-19 they are handling it pretty good! Its not perfect but overall a decent store to get some odds n ends. My recommendation? A few reno projects would push this place to the top of my favourite places to shop! BTW, the McDonald's there is super awesome! Don't be afraid to stop for a meal during your shopping!

They have improved a lot in the last one year, the shelves are more organized, usually you find want you need in stock. Staff is really nice and helpful surprisingly. It's always a bit busy but due to good management recently it's not a big problem now.

Something needs to change regarding staffing here, when you page 3 times over 45min for store standards to bikes and NO ONE COMES! What are you paying people to do? Shelves are bare, staffs rude and unhelpful IF you can find someone on the floor that’s not doing someone’s grocery shopping. They are always WELL over capacity and you can hear the greeters tell supervisors they can’t keep track of all the people coming in and out of the store, I get it’s the midst of a pandemic but get it together and employee people to actually work and represent the business because what I’ve seen in the last 6months this is absolutely unacceptable for a big box store.

By far the worst Walmart store in all of USA and Canada that I have brought products from. Would have given a lower rating if there was one. This is view point is not from a single isolated incident, but from repeated lack of customer service from December 2018 through 7th March 2019. There is no associate available to help you find a product even when you walk across over half the store in each direction. To add to the injury, the lady supervising the store in the mornings on weekdays is ineffective in getting help from associates and just washes over responsibility when inquired for location/aisle of products. The last straw was yesterday 7th March 2019, when I approached the customer service for requesting help to get a baby product in the baby section. The products were scattered and it was difficult to identify the correct prices for breast pumps. They made me wait for 30 minutes with a no show also no one paged for help in the baby section over the PA. All this after I approached a store associate for help with the product, who is not to be blamed for the lack of knowledge on the product . @Walmart Canada, Do you even realize how important 30 minutes are to a parent of a newborn? Get some idea and train your staff better.

Standard Walmart. They don't have the latest self checkout lanes where you have more space to bag your items. Other than that this is a decent place.

Grocery pickup at this location leaves a lot to be desired. Often times you have to call 3+ times before they pick up. My pickup today (ordered yesterday) has taken OVER 30 min of waiting for them to unload the order nevermind it being brought out. Don't expect pickup here to always save time. Edit: To their credit, the delivery guy did compensate us for the 45 min wait and for his coworker ignoring the phone. (Upgraded to 3 star rating)

Unfortunately, this Walmart is super close, so it's the one I have to go to. It's produce is gross (bugs), the aisles are always cluttered, the lines are too long, there's hardly and cash registers open, and they are always out of the products I need. However, Great Value makes amazing products. I strongly recommend it as a less expensive alternative. I've never been disappointed. Even the chocolate is awesome!

Where do I even start? First of all a five star rating goes without saying. It's Walmart, what more is there to say? Rock bottom prices, amazing staff, places to park, they have public washrooms, and get this, it's even a grocery store. You could literally live here and live comfortably. I suggest you really give Walmart a chance to awe and inspire you. You really feel at home when you enter those sliding glass doors.

I really wish my local Walmart in Greenwood had a grocery section like this one, maybe someday. I appreciate all the workers who are working really hard during this pandemic, however my concerns are many. I visited Tues June 30 early afternoon, there was 1 person collecting buggies from the parking lot, 1 person letting everyone in through the exit and entrance doors, 1 person sanitizing carts, 10 or more carts had been left at the checkouts by shoppers who are leaving, and then used by people coming in through the exit, before sanitizing. This is inappropriate for Walmart to operate in this manner during a pandemic, regardless of what phase we are in...more staff is definitely a must. I am not eager nor am I looking forward to visiting this store again.

I was very disappointed with the customer service at this Walmart. Keurig's were on sale for 88.00$, and as a health care professional working 12+ hr shifts, I could not make it to the store during the sale. One day after the sale had ended the customer service department stated that they would not honor the sale price and that I "should have made a greater effort to get to the store during that time". I say shame on you Upper James Walmart! I will now be shopping at the Burlington Walmart as their customer service department honored the previous sale price for me.

Even if I don't want to, I end up at Walmart at least few times a month. Great prices and they do Price match as well. Not a fan of their grocery section (fruits, vegetables, bakery) but for everything else you can definitely save yourself some money. Busy plaza but a lot of other shopping stores including Canadian Tire, Staples, Dollar store, EB games, Payless, Sport Chek, Hallmark etc.

Conveniently located close to town with ample parking, this store is well laid out with plenty of room in the aisles. There is a good variety of items for the most part but I found that the men's clothing section was quite limited. Prices were very good and luckily all the items I chose being on sale.

Their online pickup is complete trash… we are always waiting an hour past our pickup times… what’s the point of even having a slotted pickup time if ur gunna wait for over an hour… and no one even tells u that they are slow or behind..u find out when u realize time is ticking past your slotted time! And this time we have a baby in the car with us! This is ridiculous. Please fix this service or just get rid of it! Why are there people who have JUST pulled up for their order being served before me after I’ve been waiting for an hour! Ridiculous.

I went in there to get a prescription filled, and in the middle of the Pharmacist assisting me, he LITERALLY disappeared right in front of eyes! One minute there...the next gone! I thought he had gone and assisted someone but nope! Then I realized that they had also closed the pharmacy...thats when I realized my seizures were back. I must have zonked out for a good hour, just standing there like a chump!

It’s okay to shop at during off-peak hours and Walmart prices are obviously lower than other stores in Milton but selection is usually poor and they don’t carry as many things as other Walmarts. However, I can buy beer now there.

TGFW ...thank God for Walmart! How did we ever get by? Walmart may be the sole surviving box store in Canada (aside from Costco). Great store. Excellent inventory ...everything you need. And, I like that they have lots of cashiers. I can zip in and out quickly or if I choose I can look at an endless choice. I also appreciate that Walmart hires older people. Good store ...as always ship with care and know your prices.

Purchased alcohol and went through the self checkout. The cashier wasn't certified to allow the purchase. Had to wait for someone else to allow me to purchase it. Every time I use self checkout, there seems to be an issue. Never did like the self checkouts, but with the gradual elimination of cashier's we are being forced into using them. I am starting to shy away from these stores, and frequenting my local grocery more because of it

Today when I wanted to return a "great value" product I was told that they don't sell that exact same product and it has been replaced by a similar one. Great, I know their policy and I knew I would get an exchange with the new similar product even without a receipt. Well the employee at Customer service were trying to tell me that because my "older" product was reduced to liquidate that I would now have to pay the difference between the old price and the price of the replacement product. WRONG Walmart, first there was a price difference just because the old product was reduce to liquidate the old stock and second your own website stipulate : ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 3. Exclusive brands to Walmart (such as EQUATE, GREAT VALUE, OUR FINEST, PARENT’S CHOICE, YOUR FRESH MARKET). If you are not fully satisfied with your Walmart brand product, simply bring it back and we will gladly refund your purchase or replace your item, no receipt required. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So why do you fight back to replace a "Great Value" item without a receipt of a few dollars by it's replacement ?? simple, because you don't know your own policy. Ensure your employees are trained properly !! This Walmart is in need of a big improvement. Customer service is barely average, price inaccuracy with the cashier is too often, multi item price reduction not correctly entered in their system when the same items works fine at other places. Food selection is way less than other location around. Their Wifi is just plain ridiculous and my wife avoid the location since she does not have a cell phone she rely on Wifi and their's is just plain simple not working most of the time when other location works great all the time. I prefer to go to Meadowale than this location. *** On the PLUS PLUS side, the pharmacy at this location is the best pharmacy I have ever been to for customer service. Everyone there is so nice with their customer. The pharmacy is independent from Walmart I know but this is one of my only reason to go back to this Walmart because I love the people working at the pharmacy.

I was in there to pick up a few thing.The service manger that was on was very rude. They had a end cap with cat food and dental sticks on it for dogs.The price listed on there was $12.98 when we scanned it at the cash the price was 15.98. I let the cashier know she said that is ok I will have some look into this.So a long come this manger she was very rude she said to us the sign probably said from. She told me that she did not have time.To look as she was working three departments. she told me that I could take a picture with my phone bing it back up to her and she would do the adjustment I told her it is not just a bout the money.I also said it is not my job to use my phone to take a picture of you sign.she need to get some customer service. I hope no one has to deal with her I did not get her name. I was shocked that they would have a manger with poor service. Please not the store was not even busy. I hope no one has to deal with this.

I did not feel safe as I shopped as there was 5 people not wearing masks as customers in the store. Talking loudly and bragging about not wearing them. I felt unsafe to have them behind me in line and as they talked loudly how proud they were to not wear a mask and its about how strong your immune system is which shows that they are not well informed about this at all. Why were they allowed in to put your customers and their families and your staff at risk. This happened on Saturday the 19th of june.

Online shopping picking in store gets in the way of the store shopper. The order pickers are constantly blocking and not interested in the actual people around them. The order picking should be done elsewhere.

Store is a joke. Went in for 6 items and still have to shop somewhere else as the shelves were so empty i couldnt find what I needed. Counters in grocery, pets and beer were empty, looked like they havent been stocked in days. Rotting produce through out the food area left on the counters and actually leaking on to the floors. Hopefully no one gets sick as a result of the lack of concern by management in this store.

Horrible produce and meats. Some items outside of produce and meats are a great bargain, but other than that you got your same cheap old made in china products. They cut cashiers and overwork existing ones. Leaving both employees and customers pissed off. I have seen people abandon karts because lineup times to cash out is ridiculous. Most employees have no idea what they are talking in regards to merchandise and where i can find certain items in store. Sobeys for meats and produce all the way.

I'm really disappointed in Walmart for not having hand sanitizer stations at any of the entrances or in/around the washrooms. In an effort for customer safety I was really expecting a large company like Walmart to do better. I did notice that all the cash registers had sanitizers, so I'm glad you are looking out for your employees. I was even expecting to see wipes that customers could use to wipe down shopping cart handles. I will say however that I'm not certain if this is the issue with all Walmart locations as this is the only one I've visited so far. Also, as expected practically all the shelves are bare so if you're looking for toilet paper, canned goods, potatoes, pasta, water good luck!

Poorly stocked shelves, unless you get lucky, the cereal aisle and chips are almost always empty. General staff attitude is average. Pharmacy staff is incredibly rude and accusatory. Dolly Zachariah is the worst pharmacist there. I wouldn't trust her with my change, let alone my life. Her people skills are on par with what you would expect from a teenager. She does not deserve the job she has. Pharmacy is consistently understaffed/slow and pharmacy staff are more often found stocking shelves than behind the register. If you're looking for a great customer experience, look elsewhere.

Never have anything anymore they didn't have powder Similac for over a month the shelves are almost empty most of the time especially baby products for some reason they don't have cherry coke anymore and they have reduced their hot food you used to get 8 pieces of chicken which you could feed a family of 4 with now you only get 6 and the one we bought yesterday wasnt even worth it they put 2 wings 1 drumstick 1 breast and 2 thighs not enough to feed a family of 4 so I will be going else where now to get hot and ready food absolutly do NOT recommend will update with picture of empty shelves next time I am there.

Customer care department is on point.. I wish I would have found out her name but she is so professional and helpful.. Great experience! After 3 hours of shopping for home supplies I had grabbed the wrong size curtain rod. When I returned to the store, the customer care line was quite long and had expected to be there for along time but no ma'am super quick along with a great attitude especially considering the place was so very busy I! I wish I could say that for all the staff but for most part they are willing just lacking knowledge in areas❤️❤️ thanks Wally Mart. Earlier today I attempted to do an exchange for a Christmas gift I recieved from a relative out of town. I did not have a receipt. I was unaware of Walmart's new return policy so I called customer care they advised me to obtain a photo of the receipt and speak to the store manager. My item was completely sealed and I was trying to find an item that worked for my home. I did. However the manager explained if my item was not working I could exchange it for a new one but just because I didn't want the item it was not a valid excuse for an exchange for a product that I wanted. I walked away completely unsatisfied and I work in customer service. I am baffled at my interaction today.

Purchased Great Value cheddar cheese yesterday and realized today that it was covered in mold even with an expiry date of March 2020. I returned the cheese to Mary Anne at the customer service desk and she refused to give me a refund and told me to go get another block myself. I asked if someone else could go grab it while we processed a store credit and she said I had to go get it myself. Luckily a manager with an actual brain was standing beside her and offered to go get a new block for me and told Mary Anne to give me a refund. This woman has always been unpleasant to deal with. Virtually all the staff are very helpful and willing to go that extra mile for the customer. The prices are very competitive and the store is clean and well stocked. I can understand Walmart's policy of not price matching with other stores but not honouring their own price baffles me. I picked up some frozen food that was priced at $1.97 each. When I got to the self serve check out it rang up at $2.47 each. I informed the staff that the price was different than displayed and they offered to take the items and remove it from the bill. I feel Walmart should honour the price on the floor and that is why I only gave 4 stars. I went and took a picture of the mispriced item which was clearly marked.

This store needs new people to manage especially the displays in the entrance. Was looking for some summer inflatable pools and the display was such a mess. The advertised products in the flyer was nowhere in the display. I went back the next day and still the display was a mess had to run to another Walmart at Winston Churchill and when I entered saw the product right away properly and very orderly displayed. You can see the difference between this two close-by stores. I hate to say this but the Milton Walmart is a total mess... Management has to see the difference, maybe send the Milton staff to Winston Churchill and learn the proper way to run the store.

My only issues was that I wasn't told about the substitutions in my order beforehand but at least one gave me a brand name wen I had ordered the Great Value brand, so can't really complain

It's a Walmart. Bathrooms could be cleaner and it would be nice if the employees didn't use the family bathrooms. Both times I've tried to get in there with my 3-year-old twin daughters I had to wait till the employee that was in came out and then they went through the double doors to the stock room.

As far as Walmart's go, this is a rather large Walmart. Much more space. More shelves with many products not found in other smaller Walmart's. Even in produce and dairy. But it is the busiest of any Walmart I've been to. Parking lot is huge, but limited spaces, since those spaces are shared with the other retail outlets in the immediate area of the plaza. The parking spaces seem a little smaller than normal. Keep the sports car at home. Bring the beater. A go-to place for anything you need at prices that are lower than you expect on most items. Great value!

Not sure why customer service would tell me to return something and purchase it online when there was a price drop on my item bought less than 30 days. Easy store to get around and do shopping. It's on the other side of town but With Wal-Mart it has the convenience of being open that extra one hour over most stores. They close at 11pm instead of 9 or 10. It makes a difference.

I like tWalmart supercenter because you can get everything you need in one place. The staff are friendly. The store is usually clean and the prices for some items are really good . One of the main reasons why I shop at Walmart is because of their great prices. The only criticism I have is, because it's a big store trying to find a staff member to help can be frustrating. When staff is questioned, they say Kodak won't come to repair. Very rarely visit Walmart but this one seems to be well stocked at least and generally seems to be kept very clean. The cashier was really pleasant and actually had a conversation with me. Store is normally quite busy and in my experience checkout lines are exceptionally longer than other Walmart's making for longer waiting and overly congested areas when entering and exiting this location.

I am a frequent customer here , literally like 2-3 times a week sometimes everyday love thier products and bargain shops and sales but honestly I went thier today between 4pm-6pm it was absolutely ridiculous it was completely packed with so many people for whatever reason , and only 3 stations open , I think it was 16, 14 and 10. Then ofcourse the 1-12 items al 4 stops were open but it seemed like people where in that line that had MORE then 12 items not all but a few people had more witch made it even longer to get threw the check out , the opened 3 other cashiers ofcourse where Jamed with people with over 20-30 items , and last but not least I came in to return a item I just bought after realizing I had boughten the wrong item and had to switch it out so ofcourse I know the procedure I have to go to customer service , I was like okay only 3 people that's fine seemed like the shortest line lol so I was happy THOUGHT it would only take a few minutes , but ofcourse Nope it took 30-45 minutes !!! Alll because dispite the whole store having lots of people , I have no idea where half the staff was to work registers , let alone a manager to help out either customer service or the cashiers because soon that 3 people line at customer service turned into 15 people waiting , to be seen because some girl and her two daughters kept arguing about some card that didn't load and wanted thier points or whatever witch was fine , everyone has their own reason to go to Customer service and have thier problem fix , but thier "problem" took like 20-30 minutes just them because of the card thing then paying for a bunch of groceries or whatever food they had with them then the girls bank card not working 4 times THEN Not to mention some girl with dark long hard randomly came over to customer service to one of the registers and I was thinking awesome ! Someone to help make the customer service line go faster ! But nope she came over and brought some pregnant girl with her formula who had coupons to get a discount on formula like that's all great but she looked like a supervisor or something and she sees a line of 15-20 people in a CUSTOMER SERVICE line and she didn't choose to help assert himself instead she spent 10-15 minutes helping this girl with formula witch ended up not working and her having to use the phone to call someone to help THEN taking the pregnant customer over to her till to finish the transaction as a 5$ off . THEN a gentalmen brought over a stroller and another young girl brought over some other item to put in the back of custsomer service SEEN the line and still didn't choose to help , bottom Line , if it gets busy like tht you should be prepared with having more staff available to assist customers to make things less chaotic and run more smoothly , and also teach the staff you choose to hire that majority of the team when a line up is very long usually as a team mate you help to bring the lines down not just for the cashier but for the overall store preformance .ive worked in customer service all my life and I'm not perfect , but I know and can handle the basics . But this tonight was absolutely ridiculous. You guys have good stuff majority of the time with varieties to choose from , but your staff performance and job performance needs a lot of work . Especially for busy times even if thier unexpected.

I've never liked this place. I've been living in the area for five years now and this location only continues to disappoint. The shelves are always bare, the place is filthy and the customer service is the most awful "service" I've ever been given in any previous experience. Service representatives on the phone are more intent on ending the conversation and treating you like an idiot rather than actually providing assistance. Avoid this location at all cost.

Terrible. Ordered a gift online for mother's day and had it delivered here and they told my mother it wasn't there. Called the call centre (lady was awesome there) and she called them and it turned out they had it the whole time so my mother has to make a second trip to go get something they had in the first place (around a 45 minute round trip). Afterwords my mother called them and they said they couldn't help her - but maybe if they kept track of incoming orders and took the time to go and find it, it could have saved everyone a whole lot of trouble: My mother, myself and the woman at the call centre. Next time I'll find someone local to fill the needs, that is if Walmart hasn't put them out of business.

The staff are lovely, and the Dr I saw (Dr Iliya? I'm not sure I spelled that right) was fantastic. She was very pleasant and patient. She answered all my questions, in depth. She maintained eye contact and her pleasant demeanor the whole visit, and I didn't feel rushed out at all. And the wait time was like nothing I've ever experienced. Only waited about 20 minutes (without an appointment). Wonderful experience and I'd recommend this clinic to anyone!

Avoid this location at all costs! It's definitely worth the drive to go to another location. This store consistently looks dirty, busy as a christmas rush no matter what time you go, and often times does not have the supply to meet the demand. From brownie mix to frozen meatballs, I've almost always had to go elsewhere for another item that wasn't in stock. This location is convenient, and on the way home from work, but if I have time I will always go elsewhere.

Horrible... bought a brand new bike for over $200.. there were only 2 left of the same bike, the first bike the brakes were all loose so we grabbed the other one and the back tire was low. So we refilled it with air and bought it. my husband wanted to drive it back home down the mountain he was so happy for it. 10 minutes into his ride home the tire went flat again and he ended up walking the rest of the way. I call and explain that I can't take the whole bike back can I just bring the tire and that was a big NO!!! Now we have to get a new tub for a brand new tire.. never will I buy a bike at Walmart ever again...nor recommend anyone too... would rather buy a used high brand name then deal with Walmart.. nothing is well taken care of prior to selling it.. you could buy you children a bike they get on it when you get home and it falls apart.. sad!!!

This rating is specifically for the Grocery Pick Up staff. I have been using this service for almost 1 year and the pick up staff is amazing. On a few occasions I had to call in and delay my pick up time. Each time the staff were courteous and compassionate. They don't keep you waiting long in the parking spot, are super friendly and helpful loading the groceries into my vehicle. Twice I had the groceries delivered and the driver (wish I knew his name) is super friendly and helpful!

Great they have flies on menu now...! I live near by Walmart Upper James, Hamilton, ON and end up stopping by to grab the deli food for those busy nights. Its always been pretty nasty parking lot with litter and garbage everywhere but this time what made me post this was dead flies on meat shelves. Employees on breaks littering smoke stubs and spitting right by the entry. If this is the hygiene they practice upfront you can only imagine what goes behind the scenes. Never buying food there again!!!!

Not happy! Inline skates appeared online. Went to store and only boy adjustable available. I needed both. Other items I purchased or wanted to purchase, I had to search for price! I gave up on a few articles, couldn't locate a scanner. Some consumers do not have the time to search for prices as I did not. If I had more time, I would have left my buggy full and left, I was beyond frustrated but I needed what I had in buggy. Items on sale, for $1 came up for 1.50 even though they were taken from a full box that said $1.

I don't know. They have lots of stuff, and it's generally decent quality. But the check out process is a nightmare of poor design and frustration. If you want or need a human to check you out, you get into an imaginary unregulated queue that feeds all the registers that heads into women's wear. No one sees the queue so they just but in and eventually get told off by someone in the imaginary queue and head to the back of the line. The self checkouts can't work, because how do you scan a bag of peppers in an unmarked bag that is sold by the kg? It's just frustrating and I prefer to shop anywhere else.

I always shop at this Walmart and it seems like they never have enough staff working. But the worst experience I had was today. I go there, stand in line in the freezing cold and it's almost my turn to go in and then the employee tells us there are no carts in the store so if we want one we'd have to go to the parking lot to get one. I'm just thinking ok..... so I go in then I come back to ask her if I can go grab a cart from the parking lot and come back in and she says no, I'd have to get back in line! By this point the line is huge and it's like a blizzard out! If she didn't wait till the last second to tell us there were no carts in the store then I would have grabbed one. So I just left because there was no way I was waiting in that line. Complete waste of my time!

I received a car seat purchased in St. Catherine's for a baby shower gift but I didn't need it so I went to return unfortunately the receipt was lost so I was given a hard time and told they don't sell the brand which is b.s. as it had Wal-Mart sticker on it.. the lady at customer service scanned a barcode that was on the box and said see it's not in our inventory.. I flipped the box around and said scan this barcode you know the one that says walmart!!! Sure enough it's in their system.. she would only issue a store credit which was fine so we chose another item and when we were in the baby section we saw the same car seat they apparently don't sell.. I am happy with my new purchase but Jesus Christ lady how about providing customer service as you work at the customer service desk!!!

Went to the deli area, although they couldn't serve me immediately, they made eye contact with me and said they'd be over shortly. I have made my way to this location only to find that the product I need is all the way by centre mall. Pretty frustrating but the staff always try and help. This Walmart has the worst selection out of all the Walmarts in the area. It seems like all the stuff the other stores can't sell get dumped here. Absolutely the worst yarn section of any Walmart I've ever been in. Rarely enough of one colour to complete a project, section is completely unorganized and messy. Would love to be able to buy yarn at this Walmart as it's the closest to my home, but instead I drive to the clean, well organized and amply stocked one all the way over on Stoney creek mountain. Definitely not a supercenter, they don't sell any fresh meats and have a small selection of fresh veggies. They do sell dairy, cheese, hotdogs etc, with a mix of dry goods and frozen foods. My go to walmart because of convenient location. Easy bus route from downtown hamilton. Just one bus. But this walmart doesn't have a very big selection of items and often out of stock. Also one of the smaller walmarts. I've never had a problem with the employees. All seem friendly and helpful.

Long lines not enough to cashier's. I ordered online delivery 6 times and Walmart cancelled all 6 orders and blamed my bank. My bank said they didn't cancel anything and they told me it's quite common for Walmart to cancel delivery orders and blame the bank. I guess they have no drivers and won't admit it. I hate Milton Walmart!

Never disappointed with the amount of stock and variety they offer at this store. Albeit needing an upgrade for sure (it is definitely not a Supercentre) it is very easy to navigate aisles for what you need in a quick fashion. The self check out options at both ends of the store are really helpful for getting in and out, especially if its a little crowded.

Just spend 2 hours trying to make a photo book total waste of time because the girl working had no idea what the heck she was doing. My husband and I purchased items and used the self-checkout at the Welland Wal-Mart on Primeway Drive. We opted not to purchase plastic bags, mindful of the fragile state of our Earth’s natural environment. We proceeded to exit out the front doors and were promptly stopped by the greeter at the front door. I do not have her name as we were so taken aback by the events that happened next. She stopped us to ask for proof of purchase by showing our receipt, considering our items were loosely in our shopping cart. I was more than happy to do this, albeit, this was the first time that this has ever been asked of us. As we were “stopped”, other customers were exiting the building with items in their hands and not in bags. When my husband mentioned this, the greeter said that she could see their receipt from where she stood, which was a great distance from the doorway. This same customer had a large electronic item that more than likely was valued much higher than the fifteen produce and grocery items we had purchased during this visit. I advised my husband to avoid further visits to the Welland Wal-Mart on Primeway Drive, however, he decided to allow this location another opportunity. He encountered this same lady greeter upon his exit, once again. He approached the greeter to inquire about the “receipt-checking” policy. To his surprise, the greeter indicated that there was no such policy in place. She even seemed perplexed to suggest such a policy ever existed. This response validated our initial assumption that we were the subjects of discrimination and wrongful prejudice. We felt embarrassed and disrespected. We are honest and hard-working people. We are full of integrity and expect to be treated accordingly.

I came this March of 2019 and we were going to pay in the self checkout with my mom and a lady said “You can only have 20 items or less” my mom said “I always pay here even If I have more than 45 items” and the lady said “go pay in the cashier” and another lady came and my mom said “I can’t I pay in the self checkout because a lady said that I can’t pay unless I have more than 20 items” and the other lady said “here you can pay in that self checkout” and while we were paying the lady came and said “you don’t have to scan little items” and my mom said “Oh my gosh JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!!!” And later the lady said “I’m married to a black guy so I’m not a “rapist” ok????” And I was like “Ok so why you are discriminating my mom and why do you want me to know that your married to a black guy in public???”.Later on,The lady told this guy to check the “recive” to see if my mom was “stealing” something.When we were done the lady said “you aren’t supposed to be this rude here” and my mom said “I’m not being rude... YOU’RE Being rude” and the lady said “Go get your mom”...and I was like “...YOU WANT MY MOM TO GET HER MOM SO SHE CAN BE KICKED OUT OF THE STORE!?!?!?!?!?!?!?” And later a guy wanted to see my moms “recive” to see if my mom wasn’t stealing anything. Later my mom said to the guy “Want to see This?????” And the guy said “nonono you can go now” and my mom said “But the lady was being rude to me” and the guy was like “That’s okay” and we just got away.If the owner of this Walmart “superstore” sees this or the manager. You will probably make a excuse like “We take things seriously” or “this is the rules” or whatever they will say idc what they will say because they want us to come back SO WE CAN GO FRUSTRATE OURSELVES!!!!!!!!!.So I will not come back to this Walmart “Superstore” And instead go to another place better than this place that there is a lot of rude people.1 star out of 5.

It’s a good store in Milton. I used to shop from their heartland store in Mississauga . You get most of the items here that you can find in Heartland store. I find their international section relatively smaller. They have now the self check out and it’s less crowded than other Walmarts I have been. Its a waste of the shipping charge when you only get a couple of items shipped to you. Walmart needs to update the items online when they do not have it so customers will not expect they will get the whole items of what they order.

I went to their nail place as the nail salon that I regularly go to was fully booked. The manicure was terrible. I got a regular manicure but the lady insisted that I get shellac. Now i know why. Because with shellac they grind your cuticles with machine and the polish is so thick that it hides imperfections. With regular they need to do a little more manual work, which they avoid. She hardly did my cuticles, thus couldn't apply polish correctly. Just applied lotion with no massage. I came home removed the polish and had to redo my nails. Terrible.

I'm not really interested with the employees following me around and asking if I want a freaking credit card! SERIOUSLY everytime!!! Some deals were not as good as I expected in the store. When I just wanted to pay for the item I needed and I was in a rush to get home, the cashier lady kept asking me to get the Walmart credit card!!! I just want to go home! When I refused to take the offer she treated me rudely and aggressively handed me my change. I dropped some coins by accident and she told me to "pick it up", in a very rude manner. One of my worst experience ever!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone going here because of that lady or the credit card special.

I worked at the Cambridge Walmart in the pharmacy for a few years, until I moved to Milton & I am amazed they have not improved in the last 7 years. They need to stock more during the night because employees are always in the ailes with their carts blocking the ailes & now with people ordering online, these carts block the ailes even worse. They have very poor management & they need someone to take charge & get things more organized. I now shop at No Frills to avoid getting upset for empty shelves & my products not being available

Walking 37mins to the Wal-Mart because you have no car or bus pass in 30° weather in September is not fun, having blood blister form on your big toe is also not fun however the staff was pretty cool and it's not like were there's one either really nice lady or some guy you can talk to the staff in general was pretty cool. I also had to cut and drain the blood blister that was not fun the next day I tried to buy shoes at the Tooties at the Sea Way mall and my card was declined from it locking because I went to 3 different stores in one day also I hit a spending limit however I fixed it at the TD bank which was super easy.

An hour and a half to get passport photos for my family of 3. The employee said twice that she'd rather not do the photos for my baby daughter because she "wasn't sure how to photograph a baby"... I had to convince her to do them. So, so unhappy with this experience.

It is a full service walmart.. groceries etc.. not as big as eastgate or rymal but it's ok. not too impressed with the 12 items or less lines.. but it is a good idea rather than be behind someone with 5 shopping carts

Need to work on customet service. Went to the cash to buy a product that they labelled with the wrong price. They refused to honor or even acknowledge their mistake. They just said no, too bad, and not even an apology.

Really nice people here. Always convenient but there is one big issue I have. There are way to many privileged Karens walking around thinking they can breath on me. I understand some medical issues or curtain disabilities but when people are so obviously just stuck up on "Ooooo it hasn't effected me, so its fake" and then take the freedom of security from other people. Then there is a problem. Did I say Karen? I meant Sherri.

Poor customer service. Associate lied to avoid helping me locate an item. Drive from another town to find an item the website showed in stock. Associate immediately discounted the website's accuracy and said the store is different, attempted to show the associate in question on my smart phone which item I was referring too, she made no effort to look and said ' We don't have it' Went to the front desk, after being deflected between 3 associates one finally found a scanner to verify stock, when the battery died, again the associate lied claiming it was the only scanner in the store.

Rating 1 star because I can never get through to calling them phone just keeps ringing for electronics and even customer service! -_- as well as everytime I go to Walmart there is only 1 person in electronics and a long line up to receive help or questions answered from the person working electronics! Bad location. Food is about the only thing they keep stocked properly. I went in despirately in need of a new vacuum cleaner. Litterally Every vaccuum cleaner not security wrapped was opened and had parts or filters stolen. Which was 80% of the isle looking like a garbage dump.

I find Walmart workers (other than the cashiers) never help you when you need it. I have heard a thousand times “sorry, we are out of stock” they don’t check a computer or in the back storage to even know if it’s actually out of stock. I try to avoid it as much as possible. The bathrooms are always disgusting as well. They really need to teach their floor staff manners and customer service.

Have become rude service and claiming will not price match when match is shown proper right in front of them. Tec section prices are not good usally look and not buy because of the over goudges. Other sections still a hit or miss. Sometimes good finds at ok price most of the time still needs to improve prices. Toy section expected better verity of options. But found a lot of stores not having that great of verity of toy selections also

Went to customer service at Upper James location today. The woman at the desk was very rude. She threw the item I return on the counter saying it's second party item. So what? I just went there for return. She seemed upset because she doesn't know how to deal with second party stuff ended up with calling on-line support team and still got no help. Her phone conversationwith the team was not fun to hear. Not a pleasant experience. Lack of job training is not an excuse of being rude.

It's okay if you have to go to Walmart. It is ok stacked, ok clean, people working there are ok as well. Not too easy to access from Upper James but it is accessible from Fennell and I strongly recommend that.

I'm not sure who's worse, the employee's or shoppers. There is little reguard to social distancing in this store, shoppers and worse employee's make little effort to properly distance. I understand stand it isn't always possible, but you have to make an effort when it can be done. On December 7, 2020 I witnessed an employee folding and putting clothes back on the shelf in the girls department, with his mask down below his nose. I did call the store and the assistant manager said she would look into it. None of the clothes were removed, and the area was not cleaned, it was business as usual. Even though this was also reported to public health. I was in there again today and not much had changed, shoppers are allowed to walk in with their masks pulled down under their nose, and employee's are not much better.

Staff is extremely rude. Told me I couldn't purchase barbecue charcoal even though it was in the middle of an aisle without any signs or tape. Even after I explain this I was berated. And given addude. Since when are the staff allowed to decide what's essential. And to be able to tell customers they're not allowed to cook their dinner.... I drove one town over and was able to get my charcoal at another Walmart!

This is a typical Walmart store. It has just about anything you need, clothes, pharmacuticles, groceries and more. Ample parking and a closed in Mall next door. A beer and liquor store in close proximity as well.

Went into grab something. I couldn't find it and I asked a staff member for help. Response was not my department let me get someone. Still waiting for 15 min before someone got to me. It wasn't even busy at all. Like 8pm at night could do better cross training staff members in different departments.

Cashiers always stand outside their lane when they are not Serving a customer, and will approach you if it appears you are looking for an available checkout. Very helpful. Selection is limited kids clothing. Great prices in boneless, skinless chicken breast. Store is clean, staff is very friendly.

Called to check on a certain item on the flyer if it was available, a woman answered & said she couldn’t help me. Asked if she could just check it coz i was calling from Niagara Falls, then she said this is Welland u have to come to the store, i can’t help u this is CUSTOMER SERVICE!… REALLY??? Before i called this Welland branch i’ve talked to the 3 Walmarts at St. Catharines & they were all so accomodating, one even called the other stores to check their stocks, & i sincerely appreciated & proud of their efforts, since i worked at Walmart, Niagara Falls for 5 years.
