The facility is great and kept very clean. All of the staff are very helpful. The young staff members that teach the kids swimming or run the kids programs are fantastic. They are very good with the kids and are always very positive. They do a wonderful job and make such a positive impact on the kids.

The staff are very helpful and constantly try to go the extra mile, the equipment is all new and the programs are fairly balanced. We've enjoyed every activity so far. The staff who supervise the swim lessons and kids programs are also very responsible and helpful - great with kids of all ages and stages!

Needs more improvement on weight training equipment. There equipment is focused more on seniors and youths and membership prices to high especially for lack of equipment

Great for an avid fitness person. I like swimming. Their regimented swim times are partially understandable but their times are not always my free times. Plus it's very expensive. Not for me.

Wonderful facility offers assistance those who want extracurriculars for their children. Great Family fun and kid zone and adult workouts. Daycare on site

Not a member absolutely ridiculous pricing ! Staff are extremely rude ! Especially the people working the front desk! The lifeguards just stand around and barely pay any attention to the swimmers. Came in to watch my niece and nephew swim I asked the front desk person to go thru the side door she said no it’s just for staff that I have to pay (just to watch) walk all the way around and go thru the change rooms just to go back to the entrance where I am already just on the other side of the glass.

Plus membership is the most expensive in the Hamilton Niagara area. Although it is nice it certainly not the best. I would recommend getting a plus membership in a cheaper area......

Squat rack can get a little crowded at times. Lots of cardio machines. Friendly staff. Little pricey but they can provide financial support if needed. Horrible parking layout though it's really terrible walking through that dinky little pathway in the winter at -20C weather conditions. I'm not entirely certain about the building plans but why couldn't they put the parking in the front? The curvy drive into the parking lot is also terrible. It cant fit two cars through it at the same time so usually one will have to wait so one can come through.

A beautiful building ,with its pools , gym and workout center , basket ball court and indoor track , very clean . The friendly staff and great atmosphere of the establishment has made it a positive factor in my obtaining a membership when I move there at the end of March .

Nice facility still can't understand why they charge almost 300% more for a public swim than Hamilton, Brantford & Burlington. Membership head office manager (Kelli?) just said that how it is in Niagara?? Local staff are very friendly mind you. Mind you they never once answered a contact card. Left email and voice. Asked the local manager and she advised she had been very busy. (for 6 months? lol)

I've been going here for years and I love it. It is family oriented and has a very casual atmosphere. When I'm on the fitness floor I never feel like I'm being judged by my peers because everyone is just trying to be healthy, it is not a gym filled with crazy health junkies. 10/10 recommend

The Grimsby location has many pros and cons. Pros: facility has a pool, indoor track, and many classes/programs. Cons: Staff can be condescending and frankly rude at times, particularly to visible minorities, which reflects on most likely how management is training them or treating them (not sure which one but it needs to change).

Smaller facilities. No hot tub. Good for quick workout. I've noticed that kids under 16 are allowed upstairs at the equipment room... Not sure that is a good idea.

My wife and I have been going there for 2 years plus. Staff is always great (shoutout to Mike who always has a smile on his face!). Facilities are appropriate for the size of Grimsby. Equipment is well maintained.

Great place if you only use cardio equipment. Severely lacking weight training equipment and maintenance of them. Long wait to use 1 of equipment and students tend to sit on equipment not in use by them. 1 type of each pull down bar for all cable equipment shared by many. Most people dont wipe down equipment after use. If you are looking to do weight training, look elsewhere. There is a pic of 1 squat rack. Its because there is only 1.

I really miss this place. Not only were the staff friendly and helpful, the classes were well-led and diverse, plus there were lots of places to do workouts. I miss the people and the atmosphere (not to mention losing the weight) that made this Y the place to go. I continue to hope it opens back up again for workouts as the COVID trial continues.

Secret might be out on this place! very clean, new workout equipment and facilities, awesome staff. I noticed over the past year the basketball courts have become packed with students pretty much nightly, quite a change from a year before when I could shoot around by myself without disturbing a 5 on 5 full court game going on right next to me. Plus membership is worth the extra for the steam room.
