Me and my Husband came down from Windsor for New Years eve. This is a brand new hotel. Breakfast was amazing! Jason was watching the buffet area, clearing the tables and wiping them down after each guest left, this was amazing and very nice to see during these times. It was also very nice to see Jason offering the guests to remove their trays and garbage. My husband and myself were happy this type of service was offered as this type of service is not offered at other hotels we have stayed at. Keep up the great work all of you, we will becoming back to this hotel for sure!!!
Was overall not impressed. Hotel was open for business too soon in my opinion. Was comfortable and clean but room was unfinished and icemakers did not work.
Room was very clean and quiet. Slept well, amenities were all very new. Easy check in and check out. Big parking lot made it easy to park a large pickup truck. Overall quite happy with the stay.
Enjoyed my stay very much, staff very nice, room was great.

Had a difficult time finding the entrance to the hotel in the dark. It's tucked in behind a Walmart plaza and there is no signage. Once I found it however, the check in person was great. Very friendly and …
Great customer service, very friendly staff. Brand new hotel, very modern, very well maintained and very clean, big rooms with all the new amenities, very comfortable. Really nice full hot breakfast with many options for all, the breakfast area was very clean as well. All of the staff were very helpful and accommodating to our team and our players felt safe. The hotel was nicely decorated during the holidays. Keep up the great work, we will be coming back to this hotel for sure!!!
I found the staff very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I probably had the best night sleep in a long time.
