Amazing sense of community, instructors who will interrupt your workout if your form isn't good, and a strong focus on personal improvement, both in and out of the gym.
I've been a member of several different CrossFit gyms ("boxes"), and they all have their own strengths and weakness. CrossFit Division has, by far, the best sense of community I've ever felt at a gym. People know each other, they help each other out (inside and outside of the gym), and they genuinely care about each other.
The instructors are very knowledgeable. More than that, though, they will stop your workout if you have poor form. They won't always explain things the same way...different people will get different explanations because not every way of explaining something will make sense to everyone. This has led to huge improvements for me, even though I had been doing CrossFit for several years before joining CrossFit Division.
The instructors stay behind every class to answer questions and help people with whatever they need to work on. And they actually care about you as a person...listening about your day-to-day stuff and actually remembering it when you come in the next time.
The only negatives I've had with the gym is that sometimes the schedule doesn't work with my hours. And, occasionally, I'm not a fan of the music played during workouts. Other than that, this is an incredible gym that I cannot recommend strongly enough.
