We were checking in for an overnight stay. The room was clean as well as the hotel as a whole. I cannot say the same for the around pool deck. Check in and out were pretty quick. However, there was a customer ahead of us which took frontdesk about 10 minutes to entertain each time. Overall, we like our experience and will comeback next time.

Comfortable beds, good clean washroom, A/C working good, very courteous and respectful front desk staff, accommodated our late checkout request and didn't charge us for parking for an extra vehicle.

Pretty disappointed with the price we paid.. Shower head had no power, shampoo smelled like dish soap and was in no way enough for 2 people to wash their hair.. and the tv remote didnt work. There wasn't even a movie rental option and there was no wifi code. The breakfast was gross. The eggs were nasty, the sausage was gross and the coffee was pretty bad. NOT worth the $230.

Great experience! Helpful and considerate staff and it was clean, which is critical. Enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. The room could have been a little more quiet for my taste, but for the money, I have no complaints.

It was a great stay. Good food, pool was amazing and the room was great EXCEPT for the EXPOSED WIRING that my 10 month old kept trying to play with.

The Hotel itself is nice, new and clean. However the management has terribly understaffed the hotel. The multiple days and nights we were here there was only ever ONE young lady running the desk/hotel and ONE person serving/cooking/manning the bar in the restaurant area. Not possible to give good service to a full hotel so understaffed and those poor workers!

Good location right across from Conestoga Mall and off the highway - nice and close for visiting St Jacob's. The rooms were clean and bigger than expected - didn't realize our room had a seating area with a couch, and a kitchenette including mini fridge and microwave. The sheets felt clean, and bathrooms were new. There is a restaurant on the first floor (as well as a quick-grab shop) that we visited only for the included breakfast. Good size buffet, with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, breads, oatmeal, yogurt, tea, coffee, etc. Also a pool and hot tub in the basement which were much appreciated!

Really can't recommend this place enough. The front desk especially cwas both helpful and hilarious.

Stayed here twice now. The reward system is definitely one of the only reason I would give 3 stars. Everything about this place is just ok. The restaurant "on the elevator" I believe its called located in the hotel i wouldn't recommend and I found other then one or two staff members majority are all pretty rude.

The room was clean. I didnt get much of a chance to check out all they had to offer. All I know is beware the breakfast. The waffles are great but the sausage and hashbrowns are overcooked and dried out. The eggs were okay but the cereal looked a little old. Didnt feel or taste stale. Bathroom amenities were decent. It didnt seam like an amazing place to stay. I was only there to sleep and get ready for a wedding. It is a nicer alternative to a motel but is bottom of the barrel when looking for hotels. This is a place I would go to if I am looking for only a place to rest my head at night. And would not spend more time then needed. Employees really didnt seam to care much for their reputation or name.

Hotel room very good spacious and very clean when we arrived. Housekeeping while we were there was lacking we were there for 3 days and on the third day had to ask to have the floor vacuumed but when head of housekeeping heard about the situation he sent someone to do it and was appalled to find out I had to fix the bed properly myself. The restaurant was not very good they had 1 girl serving cooking and tending bar so through no fault of her own neither was done well. Front desk very good and helpful. So all in all some good some bad what they did well they did well but what areas were lacking were very lacking.
