Apparently one of the two owners had to leave, good news because it is the only black point that I will give to Synergy, he demeaned the world and was not very friendly, I think he had reached the end of his adventure. The coaches were all really nice to be around and I still enjoyed going. However, I think you have to start this kind of activity with someone you already know, otherwise it's being all alone in a group activity, it's boring :) (Original) J'y suis allé pendant plusieurs semaines. Je n'ai pas trouvé l'osmose que j’espérais. Je n'impute pas cet échec au gym pas du tout ! Apparemment un des deux propriétaires devait partir, une bonne nouvelle car c'est le seul point noir que je donnerai à Synergy, il rabaissait le monde et n'était pas très sympathique, je pense qu'il était arrivé au bout de son aventure. Les coachs étaient vraiment tous agréable à côtoyer et j'ai tout de même apprécié y aller. Néanmoins, je pense qu'il faut débuter ce genre d'activité avec quelqu'un que l'on connait déjà, sinon c'est être tout seul dans une activités de groupe, c'est plate :)
