I attended this club for over 2 years with one of their Personal Trainers. I was very happy and would have recommended them to anyone. HOWEVER in July of 2020 I decided to try going it alone and was told I needed a new membership. I attended for 10 minutes and was horrified that no one was wearing a mask. As a senior I just wasn't safe. I immediately cancelled and was told I would receive a full refund. I felt good and felt like they respected me as a client. After 4 months of receiving invoices, me making phone calls monthly and still no refund, I was fed up and sent an angry message. They finally decided to give me a refund BUT it was no where near what I paid. (short over 60%) The laws are clear on this: Under the Act, you have the following rights when you sign a personal development contract: The contract must be in writing; - IT WASN'T The gym must give you a copy of the contract, (NOPE) if you do not receive a copy, you can cancel the contract at any time within 1 year of signing; After receiving the contract, you have a 10 day cooling off period, where you can cancel the contract, without any reason, and do not have to pay any penalty; (PAID A HUGE PENALTY) NONE of these were rights were respected and as a long term customer I am very disappointed. My message to ownership - Respect your clients and treat them according to the law.

great atmosphere, very knowledgeable and helpful staff, great facilities and not very busy. Has extremely reasonable prices and is conveniently located.

It's good to hear it's cheap you don't have a bunch of people around and the water is salt water instead of chlorine which is way better for you but just so you know the pool is down for a week or two until the inspector comes but it's worth the money they join the gym????✌????????

The Gym, it is right on most counts. The equipment is well maintained, the staff is friendly, the price to and flexibility of membership is fare. The area of improvement could be the change rooms, showers, and flooring good use a very good deep clean. Ventilation or air fresheners in the change rooms and throughout the gym would be an improvement.

The Gym, formerly known as Copperfield's Fitness & Rehabilitation Center is my favorite gym in Trenton! The staff is extremely nice and accommodating! If you don't explore this gym fully then you may not realize that there is a cardio station, weight room as well as two open rooms to utilize for your workout plus a wide variety of equipment! The pool is at the perfect temperature now with a jacuzzi alongside to enjoy! There is also a sauna at the other end of the pool as well as showers. The Gym also features a cafe and sitting area by the front desk (which is where the photo was taken after a great workout)!

It's run down. The staff are friendly and done classes are good. Pool is very odd and either too cold or cloudy. Hot tub too hot.

Very reasonable rates, friendly staff and a great environment to lift in. Never too busy, squat rack is usually open.

My first time at the Gym, the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I got a tour with one of the trainers who was happy to answer all my questions. The Gym has a comfortable atmosphere, I look forward to being a member.
