Rick is the best CrossFit coach I’ve ever had. Not only is he an incredibly sweet human being, but he has decades of experience and it shows! He gives good cues to correct deficiencies while understanding that everyone is at varying levels of experience. I highly recommend Quinte CrossFit and look forward to seeing this community grow (along with my muscles)!
