I have been a member here since it opened in early 2020. This place ticks all the boxes for me : perfect location, fantastic trainers and a variety of workouts. I love how the trainers have vested interest in us and push us to achieve our goals. And keeping Covid in mind, I feel totally comfortable coming into the studio with all the arrangements made and precautions taken. To those thinking twice, don't! I highly recommend!

My happy place!! My prayers were answered when F45 opened at the bottom of my condo. The staff and trainers are incredible, super motivating, supportive, and energetic! F45 Yorkdale is like a family, and that team motivation and push is exactly what I needed. I’ve never looked back since the day I joined! Manager here is Sharon, and she creates an incredibly welcoming environment. The team gets to know you and provides you with alternatives if you aren’t able to do the exercise. The group there is very welcoming and the exercises are challenging but appropriate for every level. Parking is super convenient downstairs and I would very highly recommend F45 and specifically this location

I've been fortunate enough to be a member of this studio for almost 2 years now and it maybe the most FUN I have had in many MANY YEARS. They push us and teach and CARE about our efforts and results! The F45 Yorkdale ENTIRE team are some of the most genuine and honest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. In addition the various members my wife and I have met are super awesome! I honestly never thought I would say this about a gym but F45 Yorkdale has become my happy place/sanctuary since I started September 2021. The trainers at the studio were so welcoming when I joined which helped me get over the fear of working out. They motivate and encourage you during every session, and check in regularly to help ensure you’re successful in your fitness journey. My fellow members also help create a positive and supportive environment, which goes a long way with mental health as well! The studio is very clean (big + during current covid times). I genuinely look forward to attending every single class class, I can’t wait to see my full potential here!

I have been a member since the opening of the studio. It is well maintained, the trainers are excellent (and push you to do things you never thought you could) and the energy is high during the class especially in the morning! It is perfectly safe to workout during Covid as everything happens in your square. Glad I found this place and would recommend to anyone who wishes to achieve their fitness goals.
