The night front desk person was amazing. I thought I found bed bugs on my comforter and when I called the desk she came right away. She checked the room (no bugs)and offered me a new room if I wasn't comfortable. I stayed in the room but she brought me new bedding and remade the bed for me. I will definitely stay there again.

The rooms were great, upon check in, after a 9 hour drive, Justin really hit it head on. He did not miss a beat from Customer service, making sure i was set up, to ensure if i needed wake up calls, to ensuring everything was taking care of for me to check in late. I don't think i have ever had a check in go so smoothly as i did that i did in Timmins. Great job Super 8 Timmins.

....staff is good....room and bed awesome but.......my online booking price was not what I got at the counter...too bad!

I called well in advance to book as there was a convention in town. Confirmed the date and what times I could check in multiple times because the person on the phone seemed unsure and new. I arrived two weeks later to find they had booked me for the wrong day, leaving me with it a room the night before a big job interview. I had to call 3 hotels to find an empty room and ended up getting the last room elsewhere. I am very displeased and ell not be staying at a super 8 in the future.
