Fantastic Nordic Spa facility. Spectacular u shape seating in the hot hot sauna, organic-shaped mosaic tile steam room, outdoor cold and hot plunge pools set amidst a roaring wood stove. Bliss. Resort rooms were clean and comfortable but lacking in unique design and decor for a Spa Resort. The reception staff (fair haired young lady) was exceptional, she was very friendly, accommodations and considerate. The restaurant staff were very pleasant. Menu was varied and interesting, but 2 out of 3 meals were quite salty.

Regret staying there. Should have just visited the Nordic spa and wilderness tour which were the best part or our trip. The rooms were the worst we’ve ever stayed in. Three rooms before we found one that didn’t have either broken lights, broken fireplace, worn out furniture or filthy floors. Curtain rod fell off the wall and took two days before they fixed it despite several requests. Room was never cleaned in the 5 days we were there. Housekeeping came to the room once while we were there and I got them to empty the garbages. Management needs to update key cards as they take multiple tries to work. They also need to increase staffing levels to properly clean guest rooms.

The food at the restaurant was very good. Our dinner was the best part of the stay, and the restaurant service was great. The animals tour was only two animals ( buffalo, and Elk) however it was only $15 so it wasn't bad. The Nordic baths is where my review goes down. It was $90 for my husband and I, and it was just a hot tub and pool. All the saunas were closed other pool was iced ove, vry disappointing. Our room was a jacquizz sweet, it was very small and out dated, bed was the worst bed we slept on, not even sure it was a bed mattress.

Me and my husband really enjoyed it honestly the food is amazing. And the statf is amazing very professional and just never but the best. And the upper Canda made us feel just as that much special the jacuzzi was the best. Upper Canada was like a paradise and the spa was nothing but the best

They didn't honor are reservation and canceled family plan's for sleigh ride very disappointed in service will never book with them again...stay away not helpful at all....would rate them -5

Cedar Meadows was a great place to stay. Being pet friendly resort we decided to try it out. Our dog has special needs and they were able to accommodate us. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean! Highly recommend.

The rooms were nice but lack of staffing. No breakfast available in morning , due to staffing issues. We weren't notified by the staff when booking are trip

A lovely property. Making our reservation was so easy! A very fast and efficient front desk! Richard (the owner) is humble man dedicated to the guest experience. it's totally worth the small upgrade cost for the Upper Canada Suite! Hot tub for 2 and what a view!
