Intrinsic is a place that makes everyone, of every level feel welcome. It's an inviting atmosphere with a great variety of equipment. The owner, Amy, is a knowledge personal trainer who worked with me to create a program that worked with my busy lifestyle. Would highly recommend her and Intrinsic to friends and family.

Fantastic. Small, intimate, inclusive. There's no body shaming or fear of built "bros" at the weight rack making you feel inadequate or foolish. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love this gym! It's a local gym that's private and intimate. Access to the gym is 24/7. Zero wait times for machines and weights. Lots of classes held by the owner Amy. She's encouraging and runs each class. She takes the time to create an inviting environment .The gym is kept clean at all times. Intrinsic has a great atmosphere and I'm so happy I joined.

New gym goer or experienced, this gym has everything you need! Amy has created such a welcoming and safe environment for all levels of fitness. Love the added touch of having classes geared towards teaching proper use of equipment and to show you how to work out safely with proper form. Definitely the gym in town to check out! Overall 10/10 amazing LOCAL gym.

My partner and I have been doing personal training with Amy for the past two months. She makes getting to the gym so easy because the workouts are a great time. She always seems to have an answer for all of our odd questions and is always patient. I can't rave enough!

I made the switch to Intrinsic's gym once it opened after being personally trained by Amy for the last few years. I have stuck with Amy over the last several years because of her personality, ability to make me work hard, without it feeling hard. I spend every hour training with her laughing and loving the style of training. When she opened her own gym, it was no question that I would continue working with her. All I can say, is to anyone that struggles with body image, fitting in, feeling anxious about going to the gym, please take the leap and message Amy. The facility is welcoming, cleanliness is top notch and even the members are second to none. I always feel nervous going to a new facility or even starting back up after taking time off, but here, that feeling fades the second I walk in the door. Ladies, I'm directing this to you, take the leap and go lift some weights with Amy - I promise you won't regret the switch♡
