We stopped here to repair our bikes on our cross country cycling tour. They had everything we needed; tons of bar tape, chains of unconventional sorts, new cassettes, racks, and chamois butter. The people here were great too. I met a woman competing in world class cross country skiing races and I was so impressed at her expertise with both bikes and obviously skis. I'd recommend this place to anyone who needs a really good bike shop.

I had a great experience tonight buying cross country skies. i had never done it before and Angus spent a considerable amount of time on the phone explaining the differences in products. it was a great experience and i am very thankful for the knowledgeable staff and the great service!

Super helpful staff, awesome bike selection, and very polite, clean, friendly atmosphere. I was very skeptical about what bike I'd like to ride, but I felt much more confident in my decision with the help I got at Fresh Air. A polite, experienced, knowledgeable and remarkably patient woman named Catherine helped me to narrow down what I was looking for, and encouraged me to test ride different bikes and concentrate on what I liked/disliked about each one. Initially I was fixated on buying something similar to my previous GT Aggressor mountain bike, and I left with a gorgeous Giant, Roam 2 - which is much better suited for what I need a bike for. I walked in feeling uncertain and skeptical, and I left happy and excited, and very confident in my decision. I love my new bike and I'm grateful to Catherine for all her help! If you're not sure what you're looking for, or if you know exactly what you're looking for, walk into Fresh Air and talk to Catherine!

We are so lucky to have this store and their passionate owners and employees in our city. Whether it be biking, running, cross country skiing etc., you can't beat their level of service. Since the employees are enthusiasts, you get outfitted by people with experience and this is invaluable. They share their passion and tips and make you feel part of something. This winter they outfitted me with everything I needed to start cross country skiing. When I came back with questions they were extremely, even showing my how to wax them. In January I joined their 10 mile training group and ran my first ever race as part of Team Fresh Air. The owners, staff, and volunteers do an amazing job with this program, I can't recommend it enough. Thanks Fresh Air for going out of your way to support sports in our community, outfitting us with the best and providing service that goes above and beyond!

Tourist just passing through and went in to buy a mirror for my plain Canadian Tire bike. They treated me like I just bought a $2,000 bike from them... AND THEY INSTALLED MY MIRROR. It doesn't get better than this.

DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YER BIKE IN BACK-they will swap new parts with used parts...BOTH my buddy & myself got scammed by the mechanics, DON'T LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU! Take pics or mark yer parts BEFORE they take it "in back"!! NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS IMO.

I've always got great service from knowledgeable staff and if you're a regular they cut you deals on bikes and repairs. Sometimes they do the repairs sooner than later if you're in dire need.

I brought my bike, which was from Cyclepath, in for a new chain and a service, staff was helpful and I was happy with the quote. It was done in a reasonable time and the cost was less than they said. When I got home, I looked closer - same rusty old chain, (freshly greased), and the gears still don’t work. So they didn’t actually do anything. I called the store and they said that they thought the mechanic had talked to me, and it can’t be fixed and needs a bunch of parts, for $150-$200. I was not happy. I also was able to fix the gear problem myself, with just one screwdriver and five minutes of adjustment. Not happy and won’t be back.
