Can NOT say enough good things about Every Body Fitness + Sofia. She is inclusive, encouraging, accommodating, evidence-based and warm. She goes above and beyond every. single. time. She doesn't fake knowledge for the sake of bravado - if you have a question that she doesn't know the answer to, she will do her research and give you an answer. Sof is one of few coaches I've come across that backs up "do this" with "and let me know if we need to modify" + "and here's why".

Sofia is an excellent trainer. She possesses the ability to understand her clients needs and gently push them to work to the best of their ability. Because she is so pleasant and positive, you immediately feel comfortable in her presence! Even if you are not feeling a workout, she manages to change your mood around pretty quickly. During this pandemic, I wasn’t sure a video training session would work for me, however Sofia’s precise instruction and ability to utilize my equipment has helped me keep on track and boost my mental health! Thanks Sofia!
