Having a young daughter in his class was a pleasant surprise. Chino was great at welcoming her and making her feel right at home despite being new. The business is well run, and the instructors are top notch. I was pleasantly surprised by the life skills demonstrated such as respect (for themselves as much as for the opponent) and reinforcement of values. As a parent, I highly recommend this place....and as an athlete, you can't ask for better. This place is world class.... 5 stars all day!!

I had been going here for about 2-3 months before the lockdown started. Absolutely loved it, the hardest part is getting past the nerves of the first lesson, and after that you won't want to leave. Awesome professors and and an awesome group of people to learn from. After just 2 months I had already began feeling stronger, faster and generally my body just felt better, not to mention you'll be learning a very useful and world renowned martial art from one of the best.
