I have been attending Integrity Martial Arts for the last several months. I had no previous experience in martial arts/self defense. Upon joining, I was immediately impressed by the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Instructors were non-threatening and infinitely patient. The stage was set for a great learning experience. Seven months have now passed and I continue to be impressed by the supportive and positive environment at Integrity Martial Arts. The instructors are both skillful and knowledgeable. They possess a keen ability to demonstrate techniques and explain concepts. Questions are always welcome.It is also refreshing to see that they are enthusiastic about acquiring new learning experiences in the area of martial arts, respect for other schools is clearly demonstrated. I would have no reservations in recommending Integrity Martial Arts to someone giving thought to enrolling in a Martial Arts Program. You will learn some new skills and have a lot of fun at the same time.

My daughter started at Integrity Martial Arts in December 2017. At Integrity Martial Arts, you feel like you belong! We’ve been to a couple different spots but the atmosphere and instructors are by far the best in Sydney, NS. My daughter has a mild disability but the instructor just works around it and has been nothing but encouraging to my girl! She looks forward to the classes every week. If she could go everyday she would! In the short time she has been there, she hasn’t gained new friendships, positive attitude and most importantly, confidence! She has gained the confidence she needed and is smiling ear to ear every class from start to finish! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else but here! I’ll also be joining my youngest daughter when she becomes the proper age! Keep up the great work, hard work pays off and I can honestly say, our family is proud to be going to Integrity Martial Arts. I believe everyone meets for a reason and our reason for meeting Jimmy was to build and teach our daughter Nevaeh to become a strong and confident girl!
