Hydra is what I think about when I think about a great gym. The coaches have such positive energy and are highly knowledgeable. They are eager to help and take time with you and take a genuine interest in your outcomes. They make me feel proud of even my smallest achievements. With their guidance I’ve succeeded more than I thought possible. I put off starting because I was intimidated and wasn’t sure I was fit enough, but that was a mistake. Once I joined it was quick to tell that the classes provide a great workout for people at every level – there are always scaling options. I love being able to just show up, work hard, and get maximum results in minimal time at the gym, without having to plan a workout or worry about having poor form that goes on without being corrected. Hydra has a friendly environment and provides a great sense of camaraderie. You will never feel alone and working out together makes you want to push harder. The coaches, the workouts, and the other members have made working out something I GET to do, rather than something I feel like I HAVE to do.

Cannot say enough great things about this gym! Huge, clean, friendy, fully loaded facility for all your Crossfit needs! I started in the Intro class and found it was so helpful to ease your way in with other newbies! Lots of individual attention to help with form & great way to meet the coaches in a relaxed atmosphere. Now a 3-year member and my only regret is that I didn't start sooner!
