CrossFit Stratford is like a second home for me! I've been a member here for many years and the coaches, the family atmosphere, and the motivation I get from their programming are simply amazing. Love this place!

As a coach at this box, this review will obviously posses a hint of bias. The community at CFS is a family. Plain and simple. With some incredible coaches athletes and members, this gym offers an environment that enables absolutely anyone to learn the fundamentals of fitness, train hard, and have a lot of fun doing it. Greg and Mike are the owner/operators of CFS and are probably the most welcoming individuals I've had the pleasure of knowing during my time in Stratford. If living a longer, healthier and fitter life is your goal, stop into CrossFit Stratford and see what's up...chances are it's probably a heart rate.
