Great fun with their aerial yoga classes :) Friendly and open atmosphere, and the teachers are very knowledgable.

I absolutely love everything about this studio. I’m 7 months pregnant and it’s been almost 4 months that I’m participating in “awaken and recharge” class by Nichole Bailey. Nichole is a super caring and professional teacher who gives you lots of attention and energy during all the sessions. The studio is a nice and comfortable place with super large windows which provide a very energetic atmosphere for your yoga practice.

Love the vibe and atmosphere in this studio and the teachers are awesome. Also nice that they offer such a wide variety of classes including Ariel Yoga.
