I was nervous of the idea of getting back into yoga but Kait Sega made it very welcoming and not intimidating. I learned stuff I didn't know before or no one has pointed out to me in yoga classes elsewhere. I recommend the men's yoga they're starting if you're thinking of getting into yoga but are hesitant to get into a class and you're worried you don't know what you're doing.
