La chambre était correcte et propre. Matelas plutôt ferme. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir contrôler la climatisation. La dame à la réception lors de notre arrivée n’était pas très sympathique...

My stay at the hotel was satisfactory, but it was a little expensive.

Matelas manquant sur le sommier quand nous sommes arrivés, deuxième chambre attribuée n’étant pas faite (lits non faits, serviettes toutes utilisées, aucun ménage de fait) troisième chambre qu’ils nous ont donnée le tapis était collant par endroit! Aucune démarche faite de leur part afin de s’excuser! Je ne recommande point cet hôtel!

Mes trois chambres ont eu de gros problèmes de propreté et l’assignation des chambres n’est pas rigoureuse. Une de mes chambre a du être changé deux fois, une première fois parce que le tapis était trempé et la deuxième fois parce que la nouvelle chambre était déjà occupée.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris de la gentillesse du personnel et de leur courtoisie. …
