This is what a gym experience should be like. All of the requirement was in good condition and there is a nice mix of machines and free weights. The lockers are a bit old but funky and well kept. The person working on the 2 days I went was very helpful and friendly. Very cool being on the treadmill and seeing the bridge to Canada. If I lived in the area I would definitely make this my permanent gym.

Lots of equipment to use. Friendly staff and they are very helpful. They also sell pre and post workout drinks and mixes. Great place to start. Way better than Anytime Fitness and their packages are better priced.

Phil is second to none in knowing ALL the brands and types of supplements and figuring out what works for you! Also has a great attitude and is very supportive no matter where you are at in your fitness life.

This gym has everything! From trainers who care, tanning, to even a convienent locker room with TWO showers. The lockers are so convienent and can be used for free during your workout. My fiance and I rent one monthly for convience purposes. With the open space and security it's easy to leave my stuff out if I choose to.

They charge for lockers and the membership is already $35 a month. Its $10 for a small locker a month and $15 for a big locker. So those who can't afford it have to leave their stuff unsecured and risk theft. And it states in their contract that they're not responsible for stolen things. Real nice of a place to only provide paid security and then for those who can't pay have to risk getting their stuff stolen. Not to mention the small locker rooms and how cramped they are.

Great gym, good guys. A few of the leg machines are klunkier than I'd like but besides that I have no gripes at all. By far my favorite gym in town after having been a member everywhere.

Top notch equipment, clean facilities, and a selection of high quality supplements contribute to one of the finest facilities I’ve had the pleasure to work out in. The racks, platforms, barbells and specialty bars are a cut above the “Everything Rogue” accoutrements found elsewhere- Westside, Elite FTS, and other industrial grade gear abounds. Lockable lockers and spacious shower facilities are icing on the cake.

They sell a wonderful cbd cream in a roll on that works great on my rheumatoid arthritis and fibro. The roll on gets it exactly where i want it and it works fast. I will continue to buy and recommend this product!!
