Kind of disappointed on the handling overall of some issues. Staff seem to be underprepared or underprivileged to help in some situations but are very awesome with the resources that they do have. My wife booked us a stay here in a queen suite. Explained we would be 3 people on arrival and that 3 bathrobes would be requested and breakfast vouchers, we got the vouchers eventually, upon request, but missed the ball on the robes. We arrived to find a peanut butter wrapper, switches and outlets falling off walls and a shower that only pumped out the hottest water while on cold. We brought this up and it turns out the room was just that day taken out of "maintenance" I have no idea how this room was ever approved. Adding more details, because we pre-paid our room we were not eligible for any kind of compensation which I would have been open to being moved rooms and offered another nights stay on a different time in order to try and bring me back and show me that this establishment is capable of a very classy stay like other reviews suggest. Oh well. Other things to note was there was a lot of crumbs on the pullout bed, one of the AC units pooled water and couldn't drain correctly, and paint was peeling off in some areas.
Over all the stay was very nice, fireplace in room, heated bathroom floors (but only is select spots...kinda wierd) but still very nice. A nice air jet bath (the air will cool your water, fast) multipoint shower in glass enclosure. The smallest toilet cubby (room lol) I have ever seen, seperate bedroom from living room area with a pullout. Overall it has the potential to be a very very luxurious stay but it's just in so much disrepair.
Oh well.
