I’ve been practicing at Northern Life Yoga for 3 months. This studio is an absolute gem in the Sault Sainte Marie area. All of the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. I’d like to say a particular thank you to Allie for keeping every class fresh and interesting. I so appreciate her detailed, clear instruction and the variety she includes in each class. The yogi community at Northern Life is super welcoming and kind.
