This gym is so warm and welcoming! Athletes from all fitness levels take part in the best Crossfit programming around! I joined this gym a little over two years ago, nervous, scared, and much less fit than I am now. I was welcomed with open arms, and wouldn't want any other gym family. Everyone cheers you on, from the gym's most elite athletes, to the beginners. Every workout can be scaled to your abilities. I have experienced an incredible transformation inside and out, and recommend a No Sweat Intro to anyone who asks me about joining!

Ever since coming to Catalyst I've noticed a huge difference in my fitness level. I'm doing things I would normally not do at other gyms such as the olympic lifts and burpees. I enjoy the atmosphere at the classes, everyone is so encouraging and uplifting! it makes my time at the gym fun. The coaches at Catalyst are very helpful and I've learned a lot from them whether it's correcting my form, helping me with double unders, or getting encouragement to keep going during a WOD. I'm happy to be apart of the Catalyst family.
