Highly recommend Rush! Love that: 1) the workouts are different each day, 2) the instructors are always encouraging you and correcting form, 3) the workouts are intense and 4) there’s a friendly/positive vibe!

I have belonged to a few different gyms and high-end fitness clubs in Sarnia and Rush is different. The workouts are intense and different every day. The owners and trainers actually care about the members and want every single one of them to succeed. Joining Rush was one of the best decisions I have ever made!! Look no further for a gym or fitness club, Rush is definitely #1 in Sarnia!

I would just like to start off by saying that this pandemic has been hard for everybody, especially financially. Most small locally owned business have handled this great, and some have not. This business is an example of who has not. The price here is expensive for a gym membership, but the workouts are amazing and if you go often enough, they are worth the price. In fact, it’s probably one of the best circuit workouts out there. That being said, the management here is so unprofessional and blatantly disrespectful that I can’t even stomach supporting them any longer. After a TERRIBLE experience with the owner over a simple misunderstanding, and multiple friends having bad encounters themselves over the course of the pandemic, I would urge the management here to reconsider how they approach customer service.
