This has been the best gym and fitness club I've been to! 24 hr access and clean environment. Easy to get in and out and great classes too.

I reached the end of my ability to train myself so I reached out to Emily and I’m so glad I did! She tailors each fitness session to your goals and needs and I’m already seeing results after one month. She’s very friendly and the setting is very comfortable. If you are hesitant don’t be, it’s the best decision I’ve made in a long time.

Emily is fantastic! She makes the classes fun and effective. I've been to many fitness classes through the years and hers are by far the best quality. And the fitness room is perfect to get a great workout on your own. I love that this gym is right downtown, so convenient!

Emily is very friendly, upbeat, and super knowledgeable about body movement and exercise styles. She pushes you to just the right amount of physical exertion, so you are so thankful you got off the couch!!
