(Translated) One of the best gym! First day where I set foot, one of the owners comes to see me directly while I train to introduce myself! Never seen! Very family atmosphere with a staff really qualified and available. I love the atmosphere, athletes of different sports and levels who train as a team, it is very motivating to see. Gym in particular, without "machine", but rather focused on functional training with several weightlifting cages, pulleys and dumbbells. Also access to a track of athletics around the rink of the Armada of Blainville Boisbriand glued on the gym. I love this gym and I recommend it. (Original) L'un des meilleurs gym! Première journée ou j'y met le pied, un des propriétaires vient me voir directement pendant que je m'entraîne pour se présenter! Du jamais vu! Ambiance très familiale avec un staff vraiment qualifié et disponible. J'adore l'atmosphère, athlètes de différents sports et niveaux qui s'entraînent en équipe, c'est très motivant à voir. Gym particulier par contre, sans "machine", mais plutôt axé sur l'entraînement fonctionnel avec plusieurs cages d'haltérophilie, poulies et haltères. Également accès à une piste d'athlétisme autour de la patinoire de l'Armada de Blainville Boisbriand collé sur le gym. J'adore ce gym et je le recommande.
