Love going to boot camp!! The group atmosphere is so motivating and these ladies know how to kick butt! I have so much more energy and have seen results in just a few weeks. Highly recommend!

I just started personal training with the Reps team at the beginning of this month and I couldn’t be more impressed with my personalized workout program. I have been doing the boot camps for about 8 months and wanted to try something new to challenge myself and boy has it. I feel so accomplished each time I finish my workout. The ladies are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling and work out times. If you’re looking for a challenge and a way to become a better more fit you, Reps is the place to go !!!!

I have watched many you tube videos and taken a few classes here and there over the years done an 8 week challenge and hired a personal trainer. I've never been a slouch when it comes to my personal appearance and overall health... But WOW this crew really helped me not only reach my fitness goals but surpass them!!! I went from Chris Pratt sexy to Chris Hemsworth sexy ???? I feel great more energy I look great and overall somehow a more positive outlook on everything!! Plus the knowledge I retained from there expertise I can utilise all through the rest of life. Honestly thank you so much I'm so happy I took that step in coming to see you all. Fantastic bootcamp classes!! Fun atmosphere with knowledgeable trainers. It is a quick 30 minute bootcamp that pushes you to your limit. I've seen great results and am excited to keep going!
I am really enjoying going to the boot camp classes. Meghan and Kat do a great job of coming up with programs everyday. There is always something different and challenging. They also encourage and challenge everyone to do their best. Also like the 30 min classes. I don't have a lot of time, so it's perfect.
I have been going to REPS for strength training to help me prepare for my PREP test for policing. Katerina, Emily and Meghan are very professional, knowledgable and they make each workout enjoyable and challenging! I have gone from a size 14 to a size 9! Highly recommended!!!!!
I originally signed up for the 14 days challenge and was happy with the results that I have continued to go. I have seen a definite increase in my strength and have noticed my body toning. It is a fun, high energy environment and keeps me motivated to keep coming back.
I have been doing bootcamp with Kat for over 5 months and have never felt so good!!! My body, mind, and soul have been growing each and every week. As a mother of two, who works 6 days a week; not having time is never an excuse. Make time for yourself!!! Kat has helped and encouraged me to take time for me; to love myself and love my body!! My body is transforming in a way I never thought possible. We are stronger than we give ourselves credit for. Half an hour, three days a week; no excuses. Thanks Kat!!! I have been doing boot camp since June and I love it . I have to say I look forward to working out for the first time in my life!! Don't get me wrong it kicks my butt every time but its working out with a great group of ladies and having great encouragement from the trainers to push through and reach those goals !! I feel great
I've been doing the bootcamp classes and absolutely love it. It is a great workout and hey have modifications for every fitness level. The ladies who run the classes are great at motivating you and helping with form. Love that every class is something different! Highly recommend REPS fitness. They are awesome.

I have been attending Reps Bootcamp for a couple months now and have been loving every minute of it. Kat and her team are fantastic! Their motivation and encouragement is what keeps me going when I feel like I have reached my limits during each workout! Reps Bootcamp is addicting! The high you get after such a great workout makes me want to keep coming back for more.
I joined for the Bootcamps and fell in love with the family atmosphere and the results I am getting along with the added strength and toning.

Reps has allowed me to achieve my fitness goals. I have tried on my own for the past few years with few results and only months of being with reps I am well on my way to reaching my fitness goals. Jane and Austin are great trainers who are knowledgeable and will push you to be your best.
Have you ever felt like you were at dead end with your weight? Could never be motivated to go to the gym or even eat healthy? Before finding Kat and her team at Reps Sports I had lost all hope of losing weight, my diabetes was way out of control and i was heading down the road to an early grave. Kat made a work out plan and meal plan that fit with me. Her team of amazing, and educated trainers motivate and push you to hit that extra rep or increase that lift weight but also know when to sit tight and work on form. There is no judgement which has made Reps a safe place for me to go. I could not have picked a better place to seek help and can't wait to see more results under the watchful eyes and great support from Kat and her team.

I joined REPS more than a year ago, and the reason I've stayed so long is because I love it! The trainers there are so knowledgeable, and they really care about your personal goals and wellbeing. I can say with confidence that I've made some great friends, some incredible losses with my weight, and huge gains in muscle/flexibility/conditioning. I've worked through injuries, and gained a lot of confidence back, and I haven't felt this good in a long time. If you're looking for a great gym, that offers a total experience and will work with you to achieve what you want, look no further! REPS in St. Thomas (ON) is the best!
The team at REPS is simply OUTSTANDING! The trainers are well educated professionals, who have the experience and focus to ensure that goals are achieved. All you have to do is embrace their advice. Changing your lifestyle and fitness ability is not easy - it is work, however with the motivation and approach of the highly skilled team at REPS, results are a reality. The environment is so welcoming. My fitness level was well below optimal, however the highly skilled trainers started me on a workout routine and meal plan that I could adapt to and then at each interval, they just "know" when it needs to be changed/amended to ensure I continue to achieve results. The team adapts to people like me that had to be fully re-educated (and continue to be) on overall healthy and nutritious eating and fitness to athlete's and even teams of athlete's where performance enhancement is the focus. A life changing experience in so many ways. I have never felt better.
I joined REPS over a year and 1/2 ago to get myself back into shape. I have had a few knee surgeries and am unable to play soccer and run like I love to do. I knew the importance of lifting weights and wanted a training program to help me with this. The 1/2 hour training worked out perfectly for me and my busy schedule. I am able to do the cardio on my own. . I had put on weight and wanted to loose it and I have had my struggles for sure, but I finally see the transformation of my body. I don’t weigh what I would like to but I am fitting into smaller clothes and I like the way I look now and how I feel about myself. I feel strong and powerful and beautiful for once. Thank you to Kat and Meghan for the weekly programs they design for me and the encouragement.
I lost 40 pounds with them, and still going strong. Because of them, i'm healthier than I've been in years. They have my highest praise.
I have been doing boot camp with theses amazing ladies and I have never felt more confident about working out! They give amazing amounts of encouragement to help you through each workout! I find the 30 min boot camp classes here are a good way for me to get back in to becoming fit, I have lost 5lbs and almost 6 inches overall after 4 weeks and I feel stronger. Kat has now opened up more times for the boot camps, which is awesome, I love that there are now morning classes. Everyone there is judgement-free, so it's a good place if you are intimidated to go to a gym.
Since starting at reps I have more energy and more endurance in the sports I enjoy. The trainers are are always offering encouragement to challenge me to reach my goals. The 30 minute training sessions fit my busy schedule and I continue to see results! Thanks Reps!

I absolutely recommend the personal training. I was really out of shape when I contacted Kat for a consultation. She prepared a workout tailored to my (very low) abilities and then kept making adjustments as I went along to keep me progressing. The one on one coaching has kept me on track, accountable and motivates me to keep going. The experience has been life changing and I couldn't have done it without the Reps team!
