I know the owner of the gym, and from my perspective I can honesty say that he is one of, if not the best Personal Trainer and very professional, proud, kind, generous and very well mannered and the list of positive point's goes on but if you choose to be the lucky sport and go to this gym then you will find out for your self, you will be the best at what ever it is that you are planning to train for, mind you, you have to do your part and be 100%- dedicated to get Maximum results like anything else in life, so yeah you know the drill. Anyway I hope that I could be of help to you so that you could make the right choice in which gym you choose, so good luck to your future I hope that it brings you well being and physical and mental health, and to be able to find your own spiritual path, just like the American Army say's Be All That You Can Be {•The Choice Is Yours*!!!.•}..... Went for the first time to the women's boxing. Chris was such a good and patient teacher. I had a blast and it went from a little scary (walked in when it was a bunch of guys and 2 in the rink) to so much fun. Learning the technique and all. I will definitely be going back!!

The gym is modest, but the training is anything but...trained here for a prolonged period a while back. It was personalized, intense, exhilaration and rewarding. My only drawback is that I live in another part of the city, but if I lived in SW borough, would be my goto place.

I am very very disappointed of this place, I went for the boxing class with Herby and I just cant believe how rude is this guy, the way he talk to people, consider that almost everybody was a beginner, it make you feel very stupid if it wasn't for Christian the other trainer i will probably walk away from the class, i will never, ever going back, if you are a beginner may be you should try some where else.

Best gym in Canada! Herby is so motivating and fun. And Christophe is just absolutely amazing. He gets so passionate about his clients goals and takes us to unbelievable levels of accomplishment! You won't get out of that gym without feeling like a beast... If you're looking for no limits and insane confidence and muscle gain - I highly recommend this gym (And even more highly recommend Chris (Alfonso)!!!) I'm obsessed with that place and am so glad I found you guys.
