Worse customer service. I had a few simple questions about my pool. Waited for 3 employees who all told me that they don't know anything about pool equipment?! Seriously why do they hire these kids that are completely clueless! They didn't even try. The guy at the parts counter was actually pretty knowledgeable but he was swamped since no one else was there to help. Club Piscine is all about dazzling you for new sales but the service needs serious work

They sell you damaged patio furniture as new, awful. Ordered patio set on sale, furniture arrived with box opened and retaped 3 times with furniture bottoms missing. Called they said they will ship floor model bottoms (not even new ones) to arrive following week, following week nothing arrived, now it will arrive following week again. Avoid and never buy here. They refuse to take back items.

Heureusement que nous étions là lors de l'installation puisque le sous-traitant n'avait pas le bon plan et qu'il s'est d'ailleurs ramassé chez nous justement parce qu'il était bloqué sur une autre job parce qu'il avait aussi eu le mauvais plan pour la cliente précédente. Il y a eu une erreur de commande de la toile qui n'était pas du bon côté et qu'il a fallu changer. En prime, une magnifique facture de 400 $ pour le remplissage de la piscine dont le vendeur ne nous a jamais parlé, mais qui était évidemment mentionné quelque part dans les petits caractères. Cerise sur le sundae, la thermopompe vendue avec la piscine ne fonctionnait pas! Il donc fallu faire réparer la thermopompe flambant neuve. Donc à éviter absolument

Initially everything seemed fine, we asked the employee about a product and he answered politely and answered questions we had about a promotion. The sign that the promotion was on had NO END DATE so we asked when the promotion was over. He starts to make a story about how this promotion was actually over a week ago but they bought it back for the weekend. We decided that we would buy the product as it was something we needed and now we also supposedly have this promotion, but we decided to come the next day as our car wasn't large enough to hold the item we wanted to buy. He said no problem, just tell the person at cash to call for him the next day and everything will be finalized. The next day he refuses to admit that he said anything about the promotion and refused to give it to us, the worst part is the SIGN WAS STILL THERE. I regret not taking pictures of the sign or getting him to sign something admitting he said this promotion was still on but I wouldn't expect this to happen with a large cooperation. This one star isn't because we didn't get a discount, it's because we don't appreciate being blatantly lied to, we don't care about the discount, just don't promise something you won't live up to. Save your time and go to a much more honest business that will actually help you instead of lying to you.

I bought a BH Spinning Velo, the IC600 model 18 months ago or so and the device is all rusty (from the sweat that gets stuck in the cogs despite the regular maintenance ...) and no longer works correctly or even at all. In short, Club piscine laval offers free parts from the manufacturer but the service costs approximately $ 150 per visit from a third party. VERY BAD SYSTEM The customer must wait until the parts from BH are no longer in back order and then hope that the part that has been ordered is the correct one to repair the bike. We have been waiting for the right parts for months now and the service has made 3 visits to me. With all the goodwill of the repairer, it seems impossible to repair this lemon and Club Piscine has confirmed to me that the manager wants to wait for the parts. I therefore confirmed that I would put the BH ic600 bike in the trash and never buy anything else in this establishment. I strongly suggest that you no longer set foot in this store. J ai acheté plusieurs articles au cours des années dans cet etablissement et pour vendre ils sont tres rapides par contre quand il s'agit de reparer ou donner du service apres vente je leur donne la note de ZERO. J ai acheté un Velo Spinning de la marque BH , le modele IC600 il y a 18 mois à peu pres et l'appareil est tout rouillé ( de par la sueur qui s'incruste dans les rouages malgres l entretien regulier...) et ne fonctionne plus correctement voire dutout. Pour faire court , Club piscine laval offre les pieces gratuitement du manufacturier mais le service coute $150 la visite approximativement de par une tierce compagnie. TRES MAUVAIS SYSTEME Le client doit attendre que les pieces de chez BH ne soient plus en back order puis esperer que la piece qui a eté commandée est la bonne pour reparer le vélo. Cela fait à present des mois que l'on attends pour les bonnes pieces et le service a fait 3 visites chez moi. Avec toute la bonne volonté du reparateur , il semble impossible de reparer ce citron et Club Piscine m a bien confirmé que le directeur veut attendre les pieces. J ai donc confirmer que je mettrais le velo BH ic600 a la poubelle et n acheterais jamais plus rien dans cet etablissement. Je vous suggere fortement de ne plus mettre les pieds dans ce magazin.

Service is non-existent and I was patient for three years. Last year it took them two months plus to fix my pool heater. I basically had my pool ready in August. This year they "fixed" my pump then had a technician and not electrician install it during the opening of the pool. Those who "fixed" it forgot to put back a panel (this is what the tech told me) so that when it was turned on water leaked into the electrical parts. The technician said it could cause a fire so he had to take it back so that the panel could be placed properly. He assured me it would be fine and that he would open the pool properly in two or three days. They said they would have a solution within two or three days and yet it took three weeks to get a call back from the service department. Very amateur.

Horrendous service! I paid a deposit for a water-heater 3 weeks ago and was told I will get it installed at most within a week. No word from them yet. I called several times and left voice messages and no one bothered to get back to me. Meanwhile, other branches have the product in stock but cannot send anytone to install because I have to purchase from this particular location for the installers. At this point, I am just going to go to the store and get my money back! UPDATE: Finally after almost 45 days, I went and withdrew my deposit. I called numerous times to get updates and left multiple messages. Never heard back from them. When I did go to withdraw my deposit, THE DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE!! When I told them that I at least own an apology, the person's response was "I am not the agent you dealt with." REALLY?!?! These guys are yo most unprofessional people I had the misfortune of dealing ok with! And to the social media guy who keeps asking to fill out a form: I did that and nothing came out of it! Stop wasting our time!!

Their return policy is 10 days however it is not indicated on their receipt. I purchased furniture covers as well as one for my gazebo...value of 600.00. I only needed 1 out of the three finally. They did not want to refund me even though the merhcandise was in unopened. It STATES NO WHERE ON MY BILL that the return policy was 10 days. The sales person also told me I could return it with no issues should need be. The sales staff really needs a sales training on how they treat their customers.

Called several times for days only to be continuously transferred to an operating system over and over again, so we finally drove to Club Piscine Laval and made an appointment to have the pool in our new home serviced and cleaned. A technician arrived at our home, added chemicals in our pool and explained a few things to my husband regarding pool maintenance and left. That service cost us $207!!! Our pool wasn't even cleaned! Ridiculously over priced, terrible service and complete utter disappointment from what should be a reputable company. If we knew adding chemicals and being offered a quick 30 min crash course on pool maintenance would cost $207, then we would have added the chemicals ourselves and youtube the instructions on how to maintain our swimming pool. Not worth it!

J'y suis allé pour faire réparer ma pompe de piscine qui était problématique. 1 heure après on m'a appelé pour me dire d'en acheter une neuve (500$) car le moteur était supposément saisi. J'ai récupéré ma pompe pour aller chercher un avis chez un spécialiste de pompe, la réparation m'a coûté 180$ et ma pompe fonctionne comme une neuve. La réparation m'aurait coûté 135$ mais il y avait 2 boulons qui avait été brisés par Club Piscine, ce qui a fait monter la facture. Evidemment, je ne retournerai plus à ce magasin pour faire réparer quoi que ce soit.

Terrible customer service, no follow up for leaking skimmer since installation, sent videos of the problem and no response unless I called back ever few days to get an update. Loosing at least 30 liters of water a day since my new pool installed in the middle of May, as of today July 18th, the problem is still not resolved. NO one seems to be concerned about the issues as they have gotten paid in full prior to the installation being done. So why bother they have their money now right!!!! Also there was a slew of incorrect information provided by the sales person, all they want to do is close the sale for the short season they. The sales person omitted to mention that new pool are now 4 inches higher than the old ones done, as I previously had, therefore my deck is no longer aligned with my deck but higher and has a substantial gap between the pool and the deck This is critical information to share with your client so they know what to expect prior to installation I would never consider buying even a towel from Club Piscine ever again.

Poor after sale service...Buyer beware. On July 11, 2020, we put a down payment on a semi in-ground pool to be installed at the beginning of May 2021. Our contract stipulates that a resource from Aquabois is to come and evaluate our land to ensure that the pool will fit and to design the plans. To this date (November 13, 2020), we have not heard back from Aquabois. We have left a number of emails with the staff of Club Piscine to contact Aquabois in regards to the evaluation. The staff at club piscine did respond to each of our emails, however, we have not hear back yet from Aquabois. We have been told time and again that Aquabois will be contacting us. The contract stipulates that the evaluation must be done by this year (2020) We don't feel confident with Aquabois and are starting to question whether we selected the right retailer to purchase our pool. Will we get the service we paid for or not? Will our pool installation date be respected? We hope so.

Building our pool was a poor experience overall. We purchased the pool in September 2019, scheduled for construction in May 2020. Just prior to construction, our sales rep called me to inform that the excavators had visited our house and indicated that the space at the side of our house wasn't big enough for their excavation equipment to pass through, therefore requested that I pay $5000 extra over the phone as they would have to use a smaller machine. I disputed this immediately, as I had no record of having received that visit from the excavator. I scheduled an appointment with them to verify, they came and informed me that everything was fine and their machinery would pass. When I had disputed this over the phone originally, the rep came across as if I was making the problem. This was my first red flag! Pool construction has lasted throughout the summer, and we only wrapped in week three of August when school re-started. The quality of the pool is good and so too were most of the contractors who worked well when they were here, which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars, but there were so many weeks where delays occurred that we didn't really get to use the pool at all this summer which was the whole point. Up to date photos as of today are below as to how our garden looks. When the excavation began, their contractor told us he couldn't remove any concrete to which I agreed. However, I told him to be careful of the tree in the front of our garden as it belonged to the city and was protected. At the end of excavation, they left any concrete directly on the tree (see photo below) and it will cost us $500 approx to be removed. Ridiculous! We had set a budget for our pool. What the company doesn't tell you, is that upon completion of the work, an electrician must connect the pump to make it operational. This is a big job, and costs from $2500 - $3000 extra. We had no idea and were very surprised. When the electrician did this job, Club Piscine staff came back and indicated that he had done the job incorrectly. I called our electrician, and they basically had an argument in front of me on the phone. This was a little embarrassing, in the end the problem was sorted between them but just more needless hassle. Regarding the pump itself, the drainage is oriented in the middle of my back garden. There was no hose or camlock provided to drain to the front of the house. Now I need to go to a local hardware store and purchase these extras hoping they fit. I wouldn't do this a second time if I had to. The after sales service has generally been extremely poor. Whenever we called, the project manager was rarely in his office and his voicemail indicated not to leave a voicemail!? He would also indicate to contact someone else in the club, that we had never in fact met. Communication was regularly a game of pass it one to someone else. Essentially, once we signed the contract and awaited construction, we had no option except to wait. It's been a poor experience and after having paid so much money, (>$25k) we're left unimpressed.

We bought an indoor pool heater and we even paid a deposit for it. We were promised that the product will be given to us in a week and installation will be done as well. They said they will call and let us know. It's almost 4 weeks now we haven't heard from them. We called 4-5 times and all they say is someone will get back to us and we hear nothing. They are just terrible in keeping their promises. Never going to refer this to anyone. Have to just go and get the money back. Simply unprofessional!

Vendredi le 22 octobre j'ai rappelé vers midi pour confirmé la livraison et on m'a dit que c'était pour arriver en après midi. Vingt minutes avant la fermeture du magasin soit 17h, j'ai téléphoné Club Piscine car je n'avais toujours pas reçu les boîtes du gazébo ils m'ont dit que le transporteur termine à 18 h. N'ayant rien reçu j'ai contacté le transporteur pour me dire que la commande avait été annulé ! Le lendemain j'ai téléphoné Club Piscine il ne comprenait pas qu'est-ce qui s'était passé et on replanifier le transport pour le mardi suivant soit le 26 octobre. J'ai bien reçu les boîtes a cette date et la planification du montage était prévu pour jeudi le 28 mais a cause des vents, l'installateur a voulu transférer le lendemain soit aujourd'hui le 29 octobre. Ils ont commencé l'installation de la structure mais il manquait une pièce importante et une autre reçu brisé. Alors pour l'instant je doit attendre un retour des installateurs lorsqu'il vont recevoir les pièces supposément dans peu de temps. A suivre. Aujourd'hui lundi 3 jours plus tard, le 1er novembre l'installateur a donné l'information des pièce a commandé à Mario qui va commander demain le 2 novembre en espérant qu'il sont disponible chez le fournisseur ! A suivre. Aujourd'hui le 12 novembre, les pièces sont arrivés chez club Piscine et je suis allé les chercher pour que ça soit plus rapide pour qu'il termine le montage du gazebo alors j'attend le prochain rendez-vous avec les installateurs.

Ça fait une semaine qu’ils ont fait le ciment du fond (j’ai toujours une parti de la piscine pas de niveau avec le ciment fait) le fond n’est pas égale et déjà tous craqué. Jamais plus avec club piscine restez très loin de leur problèmes.

Oh how I have a story of poor service. Went and bought a hot tub last May. They told me mid-June but I received it 5 months later without word from them. I called a few times and never go a real answer. They gave me a 50$ store credit because of this. 6 DAYS after having it, it broke down and it took them 6 days to call me back for an appointment which is 5 days after said call. I’m going to have to empty it and refill as I’ve lost the water quality which comes with start up product expenses. They also need me to come sign payment documents that expired and have left messages. I will not go sign until it’s up and running obviously which I’ve told them (sales person and another worker that takes repair appointments). I received yet another message saying it’s the ‘3rd time they call’ so I call back with no answer. Funny how when it comes to payment, they give sign of life. So if you want to pay 12k for a product, wait 5 months without word, have it break down to only wait another week for a call back all while being hassled for payment, then I recommend this store.

Worst service I got ever. I called 3 days in a row and never got answered properly. They either don't answer or keep transfering you until someone else transfers you again. I went 6 times already just for simple questions and the staff don't know anything about pools. They should really have proper training instead of giving us trying methods that we have to spend money and time on. Its ridiculous. If you don't know what you're doing you should ask the right questions to the right people and stop giving fake information to people who really need help and rely on your service and expertise. Very disappointed. I'm gonna have to spend more money on real experts now thanks Club Piscine Laval.

Bought a jacuzzi there in 2010. In 2014, the controller/computer inside broke and they replaced it with a new one since it was still under 5 year warranty. Now it just broke again and their contractor wants to charge me almost 2000$ to replace it since warranty ended last year. A new piece shouldn't only last 2 years before needing to be replaced again. Ordered a Jacuzzi spa mid May as advised by the sales person it would take 4-6 weeks to receive. It's currently last week of August and there is still no sign of the spa. After many attempts in person, over the phone and by email to obtain a delivery date, a couple of weeks ago we finally got a date of August 20th. A week later there is still no spa and more disappointingly no follow up from anyone at the store. Poor customer service, lack of professionalism, lack of communication. Very frustrated, do NOT recommend this store. Edit: Our spa was finally delivered on September 8, after a sad 4 months of wait. However, to make things worse, the spa was delivered without the optional piece (Clear Ray UV-C water 4 stage filtration system) that we chose and paid for to reduce the usage of harmful chemicals. Furthermore, we found out that the piece was missing from the men that made the delivery and not from any of the store employees we've been dealing with: the "customer service director" Mr Cloutier and his employee Mrs Richer. When I called them to ask about it, I was advised it would take 2-3 weeks to have the technician come and have it installed (it's been almost 4 weeks since then). I was also told that missing this piece wouldn't prevent my spa from running by Mrs Richer!? Therefore, we are officially going on 5 months of wait on our spa to be delivered as ordered and paid for, including all the options. This is totally unacceptable, the logistics and especially the customer service level at this store are at a deplorable level. There wasn't a single thing they could do right since mid May and speaking to them only aggravated the problem. If it were possible, I would rate minus stars. 2nd Edit: I've reached out to Mr Cloutier as well and the response was the same as Mrs Richer gave me: "the purchased UV 4 stage filtration option missing will not prevent the spa from running." Of course, in his communication I was not advised of the time it would take to get the missing part. We are going on a 6 week delay since the spa was delivered and have gone past the 5 month mark since the original order and the 1st snow is probably only 5-6 weeks away. I have paid for the additional water filtration option to avoid using more chemicals and could have bought any brand of spa at a much lower price if the goal was just to "have a spa that runs". I was not kept aware of any of the delays by Club Piscine and even after months of communicating with Mr Cloutier by email and Google reviews he's still publicly asking for the contract number!? I gave it to him 5 times already. Hope that my horror experience helps anyone to consider their options before stepping into this store.

Le pire c'est que si j'avais au moins pu parler à quelqu'un et savoir ce qui en est, je serais pas aussi frustrée... Je change une première fois ma note de 1 à 2 étoiles, car j'ai enfin eu des nouvelles après 4 jours à chercher intensément à avoir des informations. Lorsque ma piscine sera installée et si je suis satisfaite je modifierai ma notation. Voici, je majore finalement à 3 étoiles, L'équipe d'installation a fait une pas pire job d'installation, la piscine est droite et le fond est pas trop vallonné. Par contre ils sont partie en laissant les boîtes éventrées un peu partout sur mon terrain de même qu'une bouteille d'eau. Je ne m'attendais pas à ce qu'ils repartent avec les boîtes, mais j'aurais apprécié qu'elles soient rassemblée dans un tas...

Extremely disappointed with Club Piscine Laval. Pool was installed at my mother’s house in July 2020 and after 1 winter, the seam of the liner ripped over 6 inches on the bottom. Not a good experience and still don't know what will happen. Signed a contract for an above ground pool. They told me everything is fine and they will call me for installation first week of July. They did not, so tried to call them, was difficult to find the right person. Then, their installation told me, they did not have the pool and parts in their stock!!! What!!! I have waited weeks and now they tell me this! So now I don't even know what will happen, when they will have it in stock? when it will be installed? Before we signed the contract everything was fine. But all the disaster started during the delivery. First of all they did not deliver everything. Second of all, the delivery guy damaged our garage panel as well as the asphalt. Also, there was no after sale service. Whatever we were asking they were saying check the YouTube. Few days later they repaired the panel. For the asphalt, they asked the estimate from the specialist. It was sent to them via registered mail. After almost month and a half, we contacted the transport company and they refused to pay, first saying that they did not receive the mail, then saying that they have already paid us. We called the Club Piscine and gave them one hour to fix the issue. We also told them that if not we will be complaining to OPC. Hour later, the driver showed up and asked us to sign the paper before showing us the cheque. Once we signed and she gave us the cheque, we realized that the last name was not spelled correctly. We kindly asked the driver to return the signed paper and leave with the cheque in order to correct it. She refused completely, insisting that her boss must authorize it. We called M. Michel from the transport company and he instead of resolving the issue said that “ vous êtes quelque chose comme un client ( you are something like a client) “. We said that if she is not giving the paper back then we will call the police as she is not allowed to leave the incorrect cheque and the signed paper. After back and forth, the driver corrected the cheque. Please be aware that their prices are little low, but there is no customer service. Trevi is better. We learned our lesson.

(Gardez en tête qu'ils passent leur journée à répéter les mêmes choses à tout le monde... Moi je serais tanné si j'étais eux!) Il faut par contre s'attendre à ce qu'il y ait grande affluence au début de l'été parce que tout le monde veut partir sa piscine en même temps. Donc évidemment, ça va être long au comptoir des tests d'eau et des pièces. Mais de mon expérience, ils prennent quand-même le temps de bien tout vous expliquer si vous leur demandez... Si j'avais une suggestion à faire ce serait la suivante : ça serait vraiment bien que le magasin soit ouvert jusqu'à 9h00 PM du lundi au vendredi pendant le mois de mai. Ça repartirais un peu plus la clientèle et venu le samedi, ça serait probablement beaucoup moins achalandé pour ceux qui n'ont pu se présenter pendant la semaine. Les produits chimiques sont un peu plus chers qu'ailleurs. Personnellement, je n'irais jamais acheter mes produits chez Wall Mart... Pour moi, leurs conseils et les tests d'eau qu'ils font gratuitement valent beaucoup plus que le dollar que je pourrais sauver sur une poche de sel. Soit dit en passant, leur tests d'eau sont vraiment utiles et c'est super bien fait. C'est tellement pratique d'avoir une feuille avec toutes les indications à suivre et la liste des produits à ajouter pour pouvoir balancer son eau. Bref, bon service, bon magasin. Si vous voulez éviter le grand achalandage du début de saison, allez-y entre 4 et 6 PM pendant les jours de semaine.

Veuillez noter que j’ai déboursé beaucoup d’argent pour acheter le gazebo pour ma cours. Je vous confirme que je n’ai jamais eu de facture par la suite de l’installateur. Le gars est un peu insulté et gros Jean comme devant nous rush pour finaliser la job. Arrive 2 minutes avant le départ de l’installateur il nous dit que la fermeture de la piscine doit être faite par lui pour un montant de 172$ de façon à garantir la garantie d’installation… Mais pourtant, j’ai payé Club Piscine pour l’installation. Monsieur Joyale nous confirme que l’installation est garantie par Club Piscine et non l’installateur. Arrive le moment où je me présente chez Club Piscine pour le remboursement de la toile. Monsieur Joyale nous a eu une carte cadeau de 250$ (donc la toile nous a coûté 100$, prix raisonnable). Nous sommes dans l’ensemble très satisfait de l’expérience avec Club Piscine, mais attention aux sous-traitants pour l’installation, Club Piscine devrait prendre le temps de bien aviser ces installateurs et même faire un suivi suite à l’installation pour valider la qualité du travail. J’ajouterais que malgré l’installation de la toile géotextile, le fond de ma piscine ressemble à la surface de la lune avec des dénivellations qui me laisse croire que le professionnalisme de l’installateur est douteuse et je ne vous parle pas des plis que nous retrouvons maintenant depuis quelques jours.

This is the second inground pool I’ve ordered to date. The first was with Trevi DIX30.. I thought they were bad, but nothing compares to the stress and delays, after delays we’ve experienced with Club piscine. Our inground pool was supposed to begin construction July 13th. It was one month late, and a week or more went by before they came back for the next step. That being said- it’s September 13th, and it’s still not complete. Sales will sell, and claim a timeline, while the builders claim another. We have to constantly call and check in for when profess will happen. Our front yard and back yard have been a disgusting mess of torn up grass and mud, with rocks for the backfill everywhere. Zero apologies or concern for customer satisfaction have been given by Yvon... they’ve only been given when I practically begged for some sympathy or apologies for the crazy delays. Apparently no compensation is given this year because of Covid.. meanwhile the sales are through the roof with pools, and spas. If you’re getting a inground pool- expect it two months delay, and poor customer service.

I bought a 15 above ground pool from them and over a couple of years I noticed that it was developing a hole in it. I went back to Club Piscine and knowing that it would be pro rated tried to find out what it would cost for a new pool wall. I talked with a young lady who was their service rep. STAY AWAY! Our experience was horrible from beginning to end. First of all the sales person told us this store was a corporate store. It turned out not to be - the owner has some sort of relationShip with the founders of the brand. Secondly, after several days of delay Vs the start date they promised us, they only decided to be start digging when we called to cancel the contract and get back our deposit. If we had not done this they would not have started as fast as they did. Their process is to advance construction to the point where they reach equipment delivery and then bill you 70% of the contract and you are at their complete mercy. No one will cancel a contract after paying 70% of a 35k pool. The construction process was pure hell. We asked for a 6foot deep pool they gave us 7.5ft ..... we were told to either live with it or it would cause another month of delay. Our project manager Dino quit during the summer as we was getting complaints from many many unhappy customers during the summer from all the delays and could not handle it. We had many weeks of delay (this pool was installed last summer so had nothing to do with covid). When we called to complain we were told it was extremely hard to find external installers (cause nothing is done by them but by subcontractors) and they could not afford to upset them by putting pressure on them. Denise Bissonnette - their head of customer service was absolutely unpleasant to deal with. Could not care less about customer satisfaction. What are they doing hiring such a person. She told us we would be compensated at the end of the project because of the construction errors, delays and poor project management. When the project ended she sent an email saying we dont compensate customers. Pay your bill or we will send you in collection. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere.

Bought Jacuzzi salt sytem the natrium 25 don't bother the cell dies after 2 seasons of use we're talking about 400$ every 2 years not very economical. You have to run around take it from me go for a bit more expensive but buy hayward products built to last had my last one 10 years until the cell died was told the jacuzzi line was just as good thats a bunch of BS very upset customer and unsastisfied

Horrible service. Went in for a salt cell because mine broke. They sold me one and said it was compatible. After a week of trying to figure out why I wasn't getting good readings I contacted the company and they informed me that it was not compatible at all and I almost ruined my salt system machine all together. They never answer my calls and they charged me 650 $ instead 430$. I am disgusted with this store, their lack of knowledge and their inability to deal with customers.

Anything aside from pools is well overpriced. For example, asking price for a hammock/hangmat is $500. I can get better quality, double hammock with stand and storage bag from Costco for only $129.

Sale service was fine, but I was lied to. Bought a filtration system in March and was told they would call for installation when the pool season begins. They did not call so I had to and was told they don't have the part and it will be coming in a few weeks... waste of time and money. Edit: Every month they say it is for next month.
