We have all the opinions of people who buy the services and products of Buzzfit - Greenfieldpark (Gym) in Saint-Hubert (Canada).
Right now the firm has a score of 3.4 stars over 5 and the rating has been based on 127 reviews.
You must have seen that its rating is average, and it's founded on a very large number of feddbacks, so we can think that the score is very credible. If many people have bothered to give their opinion when they are satisfied with the business, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to place tatings when these are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Gym is classified in the category of Gym.
Very nice atmosphere with friendly stuff and good equipment. Highly recommended.
One manager, busy with her Own fitness. She is Very hard to reach for any discussion. Pending a complimentary one hour training for the nenewal of membership, during Civid time closing, she was reluctant to provide any such assistance. She told me to wait but in vein. I am trying to reach her but she was always busy either talking to her friends or doing her own workout during her work time The other support staffs are Very cooperative
Very nice Gym
Good honestly classic no-frills gym, great if you want to practice health-related physical activity. If you want to lift heavy - not your place. There is a landmine, battling ropes, 2 barbells in cages, Smith machines, limited choice of free weights, which does not diminish the overall quality of service offered for an average city-dwelling gym goer. Great choice and decent quantity of cardio equipment. If you feel like spicing it up - the trainer on site will come up with something exciting, I'm sure. Comprehensive facility tour by Ricardo today left me happy and ready to give them my money. All the "hidden fees" are written in big bold letters and numbers on a colorful paper they give you when you visit, so not so hidden. All machines well-oiled and in great condition. Highly recommended.
Good equipment, open 24/7
Whats is best is the 24/7 open gym as a person that has school and work i end up mostly at 10h30 there and can train how long i want. Staff arereall chill and nice. The gym is clean and never too full.
Amazing gym. Amazing staff
average as a whole, facilities are good, the negative point for me is that the place is pretty narrow with no windows. what a pity !
Is this the library that people can't make noice while lifting weights.
24 hours, lots of equipment, good music, informed and friendly staff
Deserve zero for the service
Great space to workout. Everything I need for a good workout. If the machines aren't available well I adapt to using free weights
Not for me sorry. Apparently I’m too loud.????????
Where you get a workout for cheap. If you pay 10.99$/month you get access to all the machines on the floor you need to do a full body workout. If you pay 20.99$/month you get to bring a friend for free and have access to suntanning booths as well as massage chairs. It's open all the time and you can cancel any time but there is a 40$/year thing you might have to pay for depending on when in the year you cancel. Overall... cheapest worthwhile gym I could find.
Very nice gym. Clean, lots of good equipment and good customer service.
Affordable, clean and adequately equipped to handle most any workout.
Great gym for the price. Friendly staff and good vibes. There a lot of people at times, but that’s part and parcel of places such as these.
Good gym
Affordable and convenient. Staff is really helpful!
ever since the reopening for some reason the air conditioning is not working and its insanely hot in there unbreathable
Clean friendly staff with good options on equipment
Easily my favorite gym. I've been to other Buzzfit and Econofitness and this is the best hands down. Incredibly large facility with a lot of machines, benches and cardio machines. The staff is above and beyond friendly and they follow the covid protocol to a tee. Definitely visit this gym if you have the chance.
The worst gym experience I’ve ever had. I moved away and tried to cancel before moving and they refuse to cancel my subscription after I’ve asked many times. I’ve written emails and called, they say they can’t cancel the subscription unless I come in person which I am unable to do. I will be making a complain to the better business bureau and consumer protection.
Went here for the first time today on a free trial basis which is an awesome option. Came to the front desk right away and the guy at the desk was like yeah just go in. No tour or brief description as to where things were, that was a negative for me right off the bat. I continued to the locker room which was good, nothing to complain about there. I proceeded to the workout section and I find that the placement of equipment and exercise area was good as well. However the machines could be better, I find that not enough of them have adjusters, in two different ways. So meaning if your a shorter person like myself you have to struggle to get into the correct position or adjusters to place yourself on an equipment correctly and safely prior to starting the lift. I would have also liked to see more mirrors, there’s mirrors on the front wall but having them on the back wall where the core and CrossFit section would’ve been better. Overall I give this place a three, it wasn’t a horrible experience but there’s definitely room for improvement.
Clean,open 24/24 , 365 days/year,great staff,nice peoples who train.
Tried calling during this pandemic to suspend my membership until further notice I remained on the phone for 5 minutes waiting for someone to pick up and nobody answered. Would really like to suspend my membership until this pandemic is over and gyms reopen fully
Its great and tasty, really recommend this place. If you are working like too much then take this option.
My new Gym. Lots of machines . Tanning and My Joy the Hydromassage chair is Everything!
Big and clean. Decent selection of equipment
24 hour access and fairly clean. Good price. Recommended.
My son and husband have bonded going to the gym together. We all love it there. My sibling, spouce and my son!
Very unprofessional they taking advantage of the covid situation for fees .. not very clean and very disorganization I do not recommend buzzfit at all
All the machine are new, the gym has a good space the only problem is the parking
I did not like my experience there . Pro gym or econo fitness are better options.
Love it; best friendly neighborhood gym vibe. Management kinda obnoxious though ???????????? , might put 5 stars if it gets better ????.
I was at Buzzfit in Greenfield park at 10:00 pm this evening, I wanted to switch my gym membership from the buzzfit in Brossard to the Greenfield park one. The worker there came off rude from the beginning, he told me that I had to go to the gym in Brossard, which was not needed as I called them before, to cancel my account with the gym in Brossard, I told the worker to help me out and see if he can call the gym in Brossard to confirm everything, he refused to call the gym and told me that it was my job to call them. I walked out and thinking of taking this to human resource committee.
9/10. Great gym with awesome service from Jessie.
Great gym! It has most equipment for working out and the place is very clean. Very low monthly fee and is open 24/7... Can't complain at all
Great gym, clean, organized, good music, very nice staff and gently, the machines are very good and look as new, excellent cardio area, and the new cross training area is awesome. Also you can get a massage chair or tanning in a cabin. Definitely recommended to all who want to train and be in shape, and also have a great connection with nice and healthy people.
I love coming here good people kind and Respectful clean at all times very good service and very clean place to work out just love it
Basic but cool Vibe
Staff needs to do a better job of controlling out of control patrons.
Dont come here if youre loud. You must be conpletely quiet at gyms. If you lift 400 pounds and make even a whisper then you will get kicked. Dont kick my guy charles.
My husband was there not long ago this evening & one of the new workers there refused service with him. Why? Why the horrible mean attitude towards him? Why that it's my way or the highway attitude? You're the worker there & you can't even follow the rules of your job. Instead of being on your little stupid phone, why don't you help my husband out? DO YOUR JOB RIGHT OR BYE FELICIA. Unprofessional & intolerable behavior. I wish it was zero stars then one.
So good and chip 24/ 7 days
If you even think about lifting weights and making noise in order to become healthier this place is not for you. You’ll be curling a 25lb one night and some random lowlife will throw a squatting rack at you for making a single noise.
Love this gym. Cool machines
I don't even go to this gym heck I don't even live in Canada and you get a bad score for the kid getting kicked. Quiet weightlifting ? Dumb fools
Very good service. Chelsea took good care of me.
Great local gym for beginners.
The worst customer service in the evening I was disrespected and stared at by the employee that worked graveyard shift. I am reporting this gym.
A great gym for your daily workout. The fact that it's open 24/7 made me go there instead of other places closer to home.
Don't be to loud of meat heads crawl out from under the mat
I was threatened to get thrown out because I took off my shoes before exiting the gym after my workout. The worker at the time was a tall black guy who thought he had the largest lats.
Rules changed dependant on the person at the door, otherwise not so bad
Huge ripoff and you will most likely be verbally and physically assaulted when you go. Also, why are the only people giving this place 5 star reviews "Local Guides"? Sounds like robotic accounts or payed friends of BuzzFit to me.
very crowded
If you can speak don't come here, they'll throw you out for being too loud. You have to set the weight down gently so your lower back can snap in half. That's the only sound allowed.
Great staff... plenty of machines... not very busy (because of covid-19 I believe). Reasonably priced... if you do want to cancel the membership make sure to do it in person at the location itself.
My gym for the past 3 years. Quebec just implemented their new covid rules and I was very pleased to see Buzzfit take this very seriously and cleaning has been upgraded.
Good gym with an adequate number of machines or weights for no matter what your fitneas goal is. It is more geared toward being a cardio gym, but there are those that strength train too. On busy days, the locker rooms can be cramped, but still a good place to train, especially for the price.
Good place to train.
The gym is pretty good but there's hidden fees. When signing up I told the worker I just want to pay the $10 a month and had him confirm there won't be any other fees. He assured me I'll only be billed $10 (plus tax) 1 a month total of 12 charges from them a year. I just checked my bank statement the other day and saw a $50 charge. I called them and they told me it's an "annual maintenance fee" and the girl was really rude about it. I spoke to a manager a day later and she was even more rude than the last worker. As a result, I canceled my membership. Be careful with the pushy workers that tell you to sign up and keep the contract hidden. Really shady business tactics and hidden fees. I would not recommend if you value transparency and honesty. UPDATE: They still haven't responded to my email and they called my emergency contact in regards to this billing inquiry. Very disappointing.
Terrible customer services, and they don’t tell you the fees that they take out your account
I was told by another not to run on treadmill (made to much noise)wow,I guest some people if they want to sleep, (STAY HOME)sorry for my manners but this is a gym you should know there is going to be noise. Lucky I ain't somebody that flies of the handle, this guy would be running home......f in a hole....
I was trying to sign in with my membership card, and I asked for help to one of the employees there he was a black fellow I don't know his name but he was looking at his computer, more specifically he was on auto trader looking at cars. I Asked him if he can sign me in and he refused to help me, so I just kept trying until it worked but I don't understand why you can't help me your job there is so simple.. I have been with buzzfit for 2 years now and the gym is nice but some of the employees are very rude and disrespectful.
Overall not sanitary, staff doesn't seem to care, there is occasional pizza but its all for publicity.
Lots of other charges they don't tell you about.
Little small, free weights 70 lbs max. Still, good experience overall.
Very simply the idea of the hidden fees is true, haven't been to that gym in three years asked to cancel the subscription when I stopped going I asked to cancel the subscription by email, thinking it was done I got an email today saying I owe them money, they had been taking money for my account for three years with no email saying you should come back or how are you enjoying your time at buzzfit, it proves one of two things either the service management for clientel is very poor or the owner will not follow up hoping you forget about your subscription, so if you do cancel make sure you go in person and take a picture of you signing off your subscription and go back to make sure they dont have anything hidden in there 8 page contract to make sure they don't keep taking money I rant but I subscribed to a gym not far away didn't go for two months got an email asking if I was still going to the gym, the follow up was more professional and not an owner hoping you forget to not pay for the gym you no longer go to and then call you up when they see you haven't paid for a couple months
Nice gym, friendly staff, very clean. Doesn’t have as much equipment as I would’ve hoped, but they will meet most of your needs.
No bench press. No dumbbells over 75 lbs. the squat racks have the things on the sides that keep the bar horizontal and attached to the rack. For real, this gym is for beginners ONLY and i find this really stupid. If you want to bench press or lift more than 75 lbs dumbbells, then this gym is not for you.
Great twenty-four hour gym
I'll give it three stars because its 24-7, the lockers were clean but smelt of urine. The weight room looks good at first glance, but upon working out I found out that they have no benches press benches, people have to take one of the two squat racks to bench press. Guess if you are looking to workout on the cheap then this is the place.
Machines are broken and take forever to get repaired/replaced. Not enough lockers, most of them won’t stay closed even with a lock. Only gym I’ve seen where you can’t weight yourself when a trainer is meeting with one of his client. Seriously guys just put a normal scale in the locker room.
Received a text great opening today 6 a.m.There we are with 15 other people standing in the rain until 6:25 manager shows upand we are told we only open at 7 .Checked my text says 6 checked the website yes 6.People make plans based on the information provided. No apologies we open at 7 and locks the door behind her leaving everyone in the rain.
Clean, efficient and nice staff! Wish they had cleaner showers
the employees are very nice, especially the manager. It's been 2 years I registered and I'm not disappointed, buzzfit is really the best gym.
Inexpensive & good quality machines. For less expensive than most gyms, they offer a membership with extras like tanning minutes, access to their massage chair and free fitness classes. Also open 24/7 and give out pizza on the first Monday of every month.
Charged me $50 out of nowhere, not sure what it is for.
