Good gym for convenience & proximity. It is open 24/7 and the atmosphere is pretty chill. However the gym lacks in equipment as there is only two squat racks and no bench press. There are also no trap bars or landmine.

Forgot our running shoes at home, we were tourists just visiting and weren't greeted with the best attitude by the personal trainer there. I was wearing addidas superstars and was training upper body. He rudely asked us to leave right away and didnt let us finish our workout. He also lied to us saying it was a Canadian law to wear runners in a gym. Liability waivers exist so the gym cannot be liable for accidents. We understand being strict on dress code, but I'm sure condescension and rudeness isn't employee standard either. If you choose to be strict on dress code, care about a guy wearing ripped jeans and boat shoes previously.

The more empty of the two buzzfits on the south shore. It makes for a more relaxed and fun ambiance while I workout. Also helps that I'm not completely surrounded by people trying to go for Mr.Olympia 2018 (who hog all the free weights and benches).

Average gym, good price, nothing special. Staff could be friendly one day and completely stone cold the next. Very spacious gym. A good majority of people don’t wear their masks while working out, and management do nothing to enforce the mandatory province-wide rule. The owner is regularly working out there and does nothing when there are people around him not wearing masks. I’ll most likely be switching gyms.

Reasonable membership cost. Brand new gym with high ceiling, fresh air & generally friendly staff. However something didn't quite go right with the head instructor who made an appointment with me for a consult and then didn't turn up. Made a second appointment after two weeks, for today October 23, and was busy with other clients when I turned up at the designated time. When he finally saw me, twenty five minutes later, he was fairly dismissive and wasn't interested in either giving me detailed suggestions nor was he interested in charging me the $50 he said he would for one hour of his time. Basically I wasn't really worth his time I guess. Too bad. I'm on my own. I think i'm owed an explanation at the very least.

This is the third Buzzfit location I've visited over the last 3years and I have to say it's a great place to work out, not your typical gym experience..Staff is very friendly and willing to help! Start your journey ..at 10$/month open 24/7... no excuses! Note: 75lbs dumbells max

convenient and budget friendly, a nice variety of exercise machines and not over crowded. My only concern would be the lack of parking cause some people are using this mall strip as a public parking lot to take the bus to work. The staff is friendly and the place is clean, I’m not too crazy about the blue and yellow chosen.

Great beginner gym, friendly staff, and its open 24/7. The dumbbells only goes up to 75 and some machines have only low weights to select from. There are only 2 squats rack/bench press so you'll often find yourself waiting for your turn. Gym is lacking a little bit of machines variety. Otherwise it is a great place to do cardio.

One of the trainer wears a whole bottle of perfume every morning and you can smell him a mile away. Another trainer worked a woman until she passes out and needed to call the ambulance. The gym is cleans and equipment is there, but the morning staff's attitude is sub par.

cheap price for gym. it does get extremely crowded during peak hours, good thing it is opened 24h. Not every equipments are there, but it is a good start if you aren't too into the crossfit/hiit craze.

Clean gym with a variety of equipment. Peak hours (between 5 and 8 on weekdays) can be a bit crowded. Cannot be compared to other more expensive gyms, but still a good value for the price.

Love this gym. The staff are friendly, locker rooms are decently clean along with the gym itself. If something is broken it gets fixed quickly. The only issue I have is this one prick who decides that parking in front of the gym is cool.

Simple is better! Honestly the reason I like this gym so much is its simplicity. You walk into a very clean gym, head straight to the machine you want to use, and work out. The staff is very friendly, atmosphere is energetic and vibrant. Personally, when I workout I want to feel comfortable in the gym I go to, I want to feel no pressure and that I can enjoy myself without judgement. Overall, this gym is perfect!

I really love this gym. Good equipement for training and you never wait for a machine. There plenty of them. 20$/month and you can invite a friend with you no matter how many time and have access to 2 massage chair.

I really like this gym. Tons of machines and cardio equipment. Open 24/7. No music which is AWESOME -- BYOM Bring Your Own Music. Members are mostly focused on their workout unlike at some other chain that starts with the letter 'E' where people sit on a machine and play with their phone for 10 minutes. Now some constructive criticism.. (1) About half of the people walk around with no mask. Staff see this and say nothing. Yes, we're all vaccinated but that does not prevent us from catching & transmitting SARS-CoV-2. Very unfortunate. Mega Fitness Gym anyone? (2) Ok there are 6 TV channels but 4 of them are almost the same. How about CNN maybe? And ESPN? Please pretty please? (3) Those Star Trac treadmills have such a poor design. Those buttons to change the speed are too small and not responsive enough. I am familiar with the brand and I have never seen those particular buttons. It's complete nonsense trying to vary the speed while running. Anyways. You guys need to enforce your own mask policy.

I give them zero star. The staffs are not trained well. When you signed a contract with them, they will tell you the date the contract is ending and “if you want to renew call us back”. But they will never mention that you have to call to cancel your contract. Technically, your contract will never be terminated if you didn’t go there to cancel it with them. So my contract was ending on Jan 7, 2017 and I didn’t renew my contract as I assume that my contract is ended the date it was mention. However, I never went to gym after that end date of my contract. Unfortunately, I have been charged for the past 6 months. It was on June 19th, 2017, I called buzzfit but the staff was shocked that I was being charged after the date of my contract being terminated that tells me a lot how trained they are with their staffs. On morning June 20, 2017, I called to talked to the manger(SUSAN) as she was very useless as well and couldn’t do anything for the money that buzzfit have been stealing from my account. To me, this is away for buzzfit to make money on us by signing the contract (in very small written it said see us to cancel the contract) and for payments you have to provide your visa information, any other payments are not accepted and that’s because it is obvious that way getting money from visa is easier than any other payments. I just want everybody to make sure to go there and cancel the contract otherwise you will be charge no matter even if you didn’t renew it or didn’t go to gym. They are fraudulent with their customers. I was thinking to renew my membership with them. Now, I personally don’t want to be part of place where they steal money from their customers. I am betrayed by them, I really do not appreciated it.

I recently moved in the area. The biggest issue Ive had with the gym in the past 2 months here is the wifi that only works 10% of the time. It sucks cause I stream my music and it keeps cutting which kills my vibe. Another improvement could be better use of space as my old gym had the same amount of space but twice the machines and better variety due to great space management. Other than that, the staff is really great and its 24/7. The space is also clean but they should probably do something about the teenage boys masturbating in the mens locker...

This is the gym I go to coming from Energie Cardio and Monster gym. It's really cheap and very straight to the point. You come here to train without the extra sauce of the other gyms. The gym is very clean and very organized. They have an amazing customer service and team. There's nothing more you can ask for. It's just 10$+ but you get your bang for your buck.

I have been a member of this centre since 2017. For the last four months, I have been requesting the employee(s)/manager: -to switch one of the television out of 12 to English Channel, to serve the English speaking community. -To lower the high decibel volume of the PA system as not to cause any medical problems (hearing) for the members and the employees. The request has been ignored by the management. I have also sent letter to the director but no response as yet. The service is so so. If you get hurt don’t expect to get first aid.

Probably the best (and the newest) gym in the Brossard area. The staff (special tip of the hat to Susan And Mr M. Kleiti) is always smiling, very genuine and kind, which in my opinion, is seldom found in a gym environment. The facility has a high ceiling, giving you a nice spacious feeling. There are no elevators to get into, no buildings to access before getting to the gym (you just gotta go through two doors!) and parking is plentiful. The prices are fabulous and they charge you monthly. From the get go, there was no pressure. Most of the gym is a bunch of machines, however they do have a dedicated free weight area, which is smaller than I would have liked. Additionally, they do not have neither free standing bench press rack not a free standing squat rack instead machines are available for both types of exercises. I am not a machine fan hence the comment. Bathrooms, shower facility and locker area are clean (I hope it can be maintained as such). The best part is that this gym keeps it real. And that is what a gym should be about.
