In love with this gym and the whole community that is there. If you are looking for a new gym that will help you stay motivated, this is the place to be. Also, they have some great equipment that i have not seen anywhere else.

Amazing classes, Amazing trainers, great vibe. Classes are oriented towards your goals, very motivating and challenging as you want them to be. You can go at your own pace as you improve and see the progress very quickly. Great location, very spacious, clean equipment and also outdoor classes, so much fun! Staff is very kind and welcoming. Workouts are always fun and different. Very happy to have joined! Thank you Fit Zone for the amazing experience!

By far the best studio gym in the west island! Great equipment and a nice turf to get you in top shape. Group classes are fun and never the same. Clean and friendly environment. Thanks Abdel for opening this place.

Abdel is hands down one of the best trainers I've met so far. Sweet guy, very professional and dedicated to meet your goals. Group classes are mixed levels, good combination of cardio, core and strength exercises. He manages to accommodate every levels, whether you are a beginner, intermediate or more advanced level by tweaking the difficulty to your own level.
