Love this place! Classes are pretty flexible and Shanyn will work with you according to your level/skills. Shanyn (along with the other instructors) is very patient and will believe in you, even if you don't! So glad I found SASS.

This was my first time trying pole fitness and I had such an amazing and fun time! Our instructor Laura was so sweet and made everyone feel comfortable and kept us smiling the whole time. We had a fantastic time learning pole dancing with one of their instructors, Sheena. 9 of us went for a private group class for my sisters bachelorette. We had a lot of fun and we were challenged! I look forward to another group class in the future!

SASS has become my second home! I fell in love with this sport because of the focus that Shanyn puts on the fitness elements of this art form. I am constantly achieving new skills and finding new challenges to take on. I feel that this studio has helped me become a better version of myself. I have gained so much confidence since starting pole and I can't picture my life without SASS! I find everybody at the studio very encouraging. They are always willing to throw out a few pointers to help you get that move that you've been dying to do. There is so much more I would love to say about SASS, but I could go on forever. It was my first time trying pole dancing, Shanyn is a great instructior. I felt completely comfortable even though I look like an injured monkey attacking the pole. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful! I can't wait to continue learning pole!
